17/5/2023 09:47 | The longer it stays at the wrong price, the more inevitable a bid will be..... | chrisdgb
17/5/2023 09:41 | Fc PE dropping to sub 7 next year .Really attractive metrics here. | ohisay
09/5/2023 09:30 | I've taken another 5k at 106p..impolite not to . | ohisay
09/5/2023 08:59 | It is clearly the wrong price, in the short term there is a background seller to work through, then we can head to 150p in short order...... | chrisdgb
09/5/2023 08:00 | Yep 292p - 365p............... | chrisdgb
09/5/2023 07:52 | And....DSM Forecasts. Return to pre-Covid trading in Asia. Earnings forecasts underpinned by better margin on services and infrastructure contracts. FY'23 EBITDA of GBP4.3m, Net Cash of GBP4.3m and a double-digit free cash flow yield deserves a re-rating from 4.6x EV/EBITDA to c. 9/10x | ohisay
09/5/2023 07:19 | DSM today....Synectics saw its share price up by 18.2% in the period and contributed 1.5% to performance. This was a recognition of good order intake and new contract wins which included the most recent Saudi pipeline surveillance contract for GBP3.5m. The analyst forecasts are underpinned by this contract's strength and therefore look to an EBITDA of GBP4.3m in 2023, implying an EV/EBITDA multiple of sub 5x. Next year (2024) this drops to sub 4x, delivering a 10% free cash flow yield. Clearly the market is cynical on delivery of this, however, confidence from management and the arrival of a new chair has begun to attract attention to a company that has been overlooked by the market. | ohisay
03/5/2023 09:22 | Clearly been a seller here draining the buyers, but nice contract news yesterday and all looking good.... | chrisdgb
02/5/2023 10:58 | Another 5k at 107p for me today courtesy a nice LBE investment(Longboat Energy). Patience paid off there ..everything suggests it will do here. | ohisay
27/4/2023 08:26 | Great to see how strong the oil and gas markets are.... | chrisdgb
27/4/2023 07:21 | AGNM statement The Company's consolidated order book is now significantly ahead of that at 30 November 2022 and its balance sheet remains strong with net cash slightly ahead of the position at the Company's year end. The Company's cash position is now projected to be stronger at 31 May 2023 than previously expected despite planned and well managed increased levels of working capital. These trends underpin the Board's continued expectations for a solid improvement in trading results this year | ohisay
24/4/2023 09:58 | mystified why sellers always come out of the woodwork on this one..... | chrisdgb
14/4/2023 09:19 | Synectics [LON:SNX] Our final buy in March was Synectics, which is a London-listed specialist in surveillance technology. This is a very small company with a market cap of £20m, but it is selling into an enormous growth sector as governments and private enterprises become more obsessed with security than ever before. This is however a very tightly held stock with over 65% still owned off-market, so you may have problems buying a lot of it. We liked the fact that it owns proprietary technology and also boasts an international client base. | ohisay
13/4/2023 07:29 | Looks a nice contract...... | chrisdgb
13/4/2023 07:28 | Msrvellous ..just £16m EV company gets £3.5m contract to provide Saudi Aramco with security for a key project. Darren Alder, Head of Oil & Gas at Synectics commented: "Synectics were selected for this project based on a proud legacy and outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality, field-proven solutions to the global oil and gas industry. Our ability and commitment to delivering the project scope to the required timescale was also a crucial factor in the contract award." Paul Webb, Chief Executive of Synectics, added: "Activity levels in the oil & gas market are now higher than we have seen for some years, and this large contract follows a number of smaller projects already received this year. The dedicated team at our operations centre continues to work closely with our supply chain partners to ensure that we can meet the increased demand we anticipate in this market in the near future | ohisay
03/4/2023 15:10 | Downing have made it pretty clear what value they believe the stock should be, if the market continues to ignore, a bid is inevitable...... | chrisdgb
27/3/2023 11:01 | The Directors recommend the payment of a final dividend of 2.0p per share (2021: 1.5p). Subject to shareholders' approval at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting, this will be paid on 5 May 2023 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 11 April 2023 | ohisay
20/3/2023 10:19 | Continues to be a crazy price and will probably be bought this year...... | chrisdgb
01/3/2023 11:04 | Very solid results with improving outlook... IMV this will decisively break 150p this year and test 160p. It is still trading at well below book. | ohisay
23/2/2023 12:20 | Bought on yesterday's results seems good to me with a decent runway left for further growth IMO DYOR | saurish
