Remember the COPD trial is for SNG001 also so they already have data collected for this which can be used to compare effects with the Cv19 trial. Same drug. Harmless but helpful but a virus killed. Interferon switches off the virus stopping it dead. The cv stops your cells producing what would normally kill a virus but Cv19 has the unusual ability to stop the production of the drug that kills it, interferon. Inhaling interferon kills the virus at point of contact and is harmless to us as we produce it naturally but the virus stops our cells producing it, this is why it seems unstoppable and it is until interferon is released on it.
