@PDT your post 4921 looks very relevant to SNG's current trials

From the Abstract

"Our study provides a rationale for testing IFN administration combined with adapted anti-inflammatory therapy targeting IL-6 or TNF-α in most severe patients. These data also raise concern for utilization of drugs that interfere with the IFN pathway."

Perhaps MMs are short of stock, hence the Bid’s creeping up.

Interesting articles yesterday on doctors rethinking the rushing of patients on to ventilators due to the damage they themselves could cause to the lungs. Brings home the importance of SNG inhibitor imho

I see the spread has now tightened back up, maybe that was holding off a few buyers.

‘Market-maker spreads widen during volatile market periods because of the increased risk of loss. They also widen for stocks that have a low trading volume, poor price visibility, or low liquidity.‘

A new study in 50 COVID patients finds low IFN levels.

"Impaired type I interferon activity and exacerbated inflammatory responses in severe Covid-19 patients"

Results: A unique phenotype in severe and critically ill patients was identified. It consists in a profoundly impaired interferon (IFN) type I response characterized by a low interferon production and activity, with consequent downregulation of interferon-stimulated genes. This was associated with a persistent blood virus load and an exacerbated inflammatory response
