I don’t really see a vaccine being available soon. They may “have” a vaccine in a few months, then “if” it looks promising will ask for healthy volunteers to check for side effects, and to guess about how effective it is. I doubt if anyone would approve mass rollout of an untested vaccine in the west. Even if they do, we won’t know how much protection it gives for a few years to come. Any safe vaccine may only give a few weeks/months protection. And it may be possible to catch Covid numerous times or different strains of it. Personally I think it’s here to stay like Flu. Minimum protection available and start again next year. Herd immunity doesn’t work for Flu, vaccines help some of the more vulnerable, but the rest of us just have to live with it.

If treatment reduces the very low death rate further then headlines and prevention measures will slowly melt away.

and what about the NY funds buying around th 200p mark. Do they know somthing we don't too?
