Vin is paying for stock amounting to 29.9% of this co. And has agreed to convert warrants within one year of the transaction to take another 21%.

This is the woman who as founder and CEO of Advanced Computer Software Group plc took it from cash shell to £725 million trade sale.

Now she's buying 50% of this shell and is going to do it again by investing in software, Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") and digital technologies and services sectors.

Who wouldn't want to be on this ride.
