Supporta plc (the "Company")



Placing of New Shares



The Company is pleased to announce that it has completed a placing (the "Placing
") of 143,421 new Ordinary Shares.  The shares were placed at a price of 38p per
share to raise a total of #54,500 before expenses.



The proceeds of the Placing will be used to assist with the launch of Supporta
Services, the Company's product which offers outsourced payroll and back-office
support to recruitment businesses.
