SUPERMARKET INCOME REIT DECLARES MAIDEN DIVIDEND
The Board of Directors of Supermarket Income REIT plc (LSE: SUPR) has today declared its maiden interim dividend in respect of the period from admission of the share capital of the Company to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 21 July 2017 to 28 September 2017 of 1.375 pence per ordinary share, payable on 27 October 2017. The dividend will be paid as an ordinary UK dividend to ordinary shareholders on the register on 6 October 2017. The ex-dividend date will be 5 October 2017.
The Company is targeting an aggregate dividend of 5.5 pence per ordinary share for the financial period ending 30 June 2018, payable quarterly. (1)
