Spot on loot. Phase 1 pays for phase 2. Initial income will be used for phase 2. But by then we will know who the buyers are, potential income and loads more. Just go on the rns.

Reduced demand!?? Buffoon!! Perlite sales have rocketed due to Covid19. Even PC states this in his interviews. what a plonker! deramping garbage once again!
The cement industry however, has forecast a reduction for 2020 and 2021.

Loot a couple of things I'll draw your attention to..."The construction and horticultural industries that we propose to sell into have no doubt been affected by reduced demand and their appetite for new arrangements may be tempered for now."

Do you actually read the RNS's and Presentations properly chim? Build a fixed Perlite processing plant is the "Investment Option" that will cost £10million. Thats not the "Low cost start up option".... The clue is in the title chim. FFS! Once again deramping because he has sold out!

That's phase 2 isn't it? Phase 1 generates funds towards phase 2?

And that's Perlite specific so a big deal to sell Pozzolan can be made and generate funding to help pay for it.

Hell even a JV for Perlite solely would help fund it. There are way more options than a simple £10m placing.

Sam has posted his account on the sres twitter group and we've all seen it. Oops you were barred from there. You were reinstated 3 times and each time and barred. Nob rings a bell. I feel bad for you now as your unemployed due to covid on cruise ships. Next time I'm in Belfast and see you in the street, I will drop a few sres shares in your basket.

Phase 1 Patrick has always said is cheap and costed.

Phase 2 is more expensive but again he has said that could be funded via equity, finance, JV or offtakes.

I am not naive enough to think there will be no dillution but I don't think there has been much to suggest it would be £10m of it. Unless I have missed something?
