I would also be expecting news from the Canada project as I believe they had a drilling programme over the summer...

Notice that there have been some strong buys over the last couple of days... perhaps news is in the offing soon...

I think it's worth a new thread here as the company has recently completed a barite sampling programme from the past-producing Derryginagh mine in southwest Ireland. Sunrise also confirmed a large high-grade boulder find, up-slope from the existing mine workings. The company believes that this find suggests "the possibility of parallel, as yet undiscovered, barite veins of high commercial value".

More good news soon hopefully.

yes the buys seem to be fairly large and have been consistent over the last week or so - you never know... we may actually get some good news (maybe)!

Interesting news, I wonder how long it will take to make the mine commercial. I bought in here for the diamonds at least three years ago.

Been here ages (since day 1 of sunrise diamonds)and have a fair holding at a loss.
A lot of promising things being looked at but no doubt the share price will slip back in days to come.
It always seems to!!!!!

I got hold of 310k at .639. so there is a lot of stock about.

The stock is so overlooked, bombed out, seems dead, but things are stirring below the surface judging by the Canadian news. Got to be worth a punt ;-))

Well, SRES now focusing on GOLD, BARITE & DIAMOND exploration.

From news perspective, next up looks like being the drilling program for Canada as well as maybe some initial exploration at the cue project in Australia.

High Level plan here certainly seems to be to get barite project up and running to provide some revenue in order to fund exploration.

The compnay have done well to get through the recent recession, lets hope they can get some solid results over the coming months.
