Absolutely nothing . If he spent as much time on sres as he does tym then perhaps we would be further forward . Communication with shareholders is appalling |

That it is high quality will mean a premium price and high demand,some distributors have been found supplying poor quality s.c.m. Of late,being reason for price going up $5 ton in past week in u.s.a. |

Posted at 23/2/2024 08:42 by theaviator I don't think it's appropriate for a poster like yourself who rarely contributes to come on and state comments like that which are rubbish and factually untrue.There is absolutely no doubt PC is trying and I jumped back in because of CS. Metals don't interest me because they are simply too costly. However Sres has been run no differently to most explorers and dilution is part of the game. The secret is trying to time it and news flow. That's what aim is factually all about. It has been tedious no doubt and many of us are disillusioned because of PCs miscalculation of the time lines but I remain hopeful he does get CS sold or JVd and he is hopeful within this half of the year. If news drops like this the share price would likely treble on open!The MC is a mere pittance and even a royalty income would supply that pa and that is also a likely event in the not too distant future. So again, to just just come on the board and type utter tripe is nothing shirt of amateurish and childish. I am level and also have concerns but for now I am concerned regarding yesterday's unanimous decision when I know for fact many millions of shares were voted against certain resolutions. |

The pitifully small market cap is the product of the share issue multiplied by the current share price. The value of any asset that might possibly acrcue to Sunrise has to be viewed in terms of the number of shares over which it will be spread.SRES has 4.095 BILLION shares in issue. If Santa Claus paid a return January visit and put £10 million into SRES's bank a/c, it would equate to raising the NAV by no more than .25p. And for a company that makes a fuss about receiving 100,000 for an option, talk of income of millions is just ridiculous and fanciful. The stuff of day-dreaming gamblers (and the odd crystal ball gazer - and by "odd" I don't mean "occasional".) |

I'm not supporting it. Remember same on TYM a few years ago and resolutions weren't passed and share price flew??!If Sres continues like this he will find that a few shares holders will club together and buy the damn company! Yes we can! |
Posted at 17/10/2023 13:57 by benchmark "Research" and "investors" - what a laugh and such a mis-use of words in relation to SRES and the daydreamers who follow it (as well as the charlatan who insidiously promotes it.The idea of a value of 2 to 3 $ billion - that is just mis-leading. Firstly, its a totally notional figure and then one has to take into account some kind of split with a JV partner, the costs of bringing it all into production, the cost-of-sales etc. And never forget that whatever income might EVER (if ever) accrue to SRES, it will have to seen in the context of a 4.1 BILLION share issue. To fund any future projects (and Sunrise has certainly left a trail of failed projects in its wake), even more shares will have to be issued. Further dilution. And meanwhile, the share price slides - there is a message there but most won't want to know. I write this in the hope of deterring anyone who might imagine, from the overly optimistic postings on this and on another bulletin board, that there is a fortune to be made here. |
