one day,

Is it really true to say that they valued the shares at 4.7p?

It was like them buying shares off themselves.

By owing the director's they effectively own the company.

If you assume that they money that went into the company found its way back to the owners of SAPC - then they effectively paid nothing for these shares.

In the end - if this goes through - the total cost of buyng the company back is simply: whatever they have already paid for their presnt shareholding bought on the open market + the number of shares held by others now * 1.85p

By my calcs, they are over £100m up - so paying a couple of milion £ to buy the company outright (and thus keeping the books out of the handsof any possible investigators) is well worth it.

SAPC Valued the shares at approx. 4.7p when they bought 51% of the company. They fiddled the books and timings of payments to create panic and drive the shareprice down so that they could snap up the rest for 1.853p

No No No Hold out for 4.7p

We Now have 17.5 million shares that we know for sure are No`s
Confident there are the same number out there who either do nothing therefore reject or are rejectors who do not use bulletin boards.

With the deadline Tuesday, does anyone know the general turnaround for results in this situation?

Not a big holding - 120k shares, Down 90%, would rather loose the rest then make it easy for SAPC

moron,

what would be the point of a naked short position when there is already an offer on the table?

I don't think that you quite understand this investment game.

p10're right SKR is a British company and is subject to British law
any bankruptcy procedure would be the subject of British law
and the biggest injured would be SPAC

----------------------------

But the day before going bankrupt, they could sell Temir services to SAPC as part payment of the loan.

SPAC lent unsecured 2.5 miles and they could DO the loan notes and for this amount of money he can get 100 million shares and have 75% of the company but this will take a year

instead SPAC borrowed 2.5 miles and the takeover will cost them 3mil dollars giving an account of 5.5 miles WHY WHY WHY

for us the only solution is to delay takeover they rushing so much that they even want to pay 3m/$ for shares

NEXT YEAR THEY HAVE TO DO THIS

2014
300m/t
2015

holiday is over and they do not have enough equipment to do it
million is a lot of but 5 mil/t they have to dig all year this will cost a lot of money

Thanks for your post dsmith57. You state that you sold and got out. Fair play to you but if you had not sold you would probably be here with the rest of us trying to at least get a better offer here! Yes we have all been taken for a ride but this is not over yet. We can hold out for a better offer.

It would also be interesting to know who was the owner of the main contractor for the earth moving contract that didn't pay them.

Would anyone like to bet on them having a connection with SAPC?

Then SAPC gain full control and the bill is paid.
If not, there will be no payment and the cash position will just get worse until SAPC take the asset in lieu of the loans.

All of this was planned a very long time ago.

The standard of "comment " on here is pathetically lamentable. The simple fact is we have all been had. The Company was deliberately run into the ground. The DAR sales were kept deliberately low. The delayed payment for the earth moving contracts were timed perfectly. All the money that once was there was squandered deliberately. The long game was played and all have been screwed. Once upon a time I was almost 6 figures up. I was greedy and I paid for it. I got out but with a considerable loss. That's my fault. There is nothing that can effectively be done now. Can everyone just accept that unpalatable fact and learn from this sad affair. We all took the risk and it didn't come off. Suck it up and move on for God's sake. The last few pages of messages on here are just cringeworthy in their ignorance. Enough is enough!!

faza3,

If I reported them I would have to reveal myself.

Do you think that I am daft enough to allow somebody that was going to make £100m know who I am?

Remember, these guys are serious crooks.

Been researching and found this from August 2009:

Now since Lawrence started selling down all their shares and any others that have come to the market seems to be have quite agressively bought up. Now who is buying these is another matter, but I cant believe it is PI's. Most have been sold and bought in tranches of 10, 15, 20, 25k, 50k and 100K, not the sort of trades normally bought by PI, who buy as many shares as say for example £5k will allow.

I wrote to SKR financial consultants Bankside a week or so ago, asking for clarification on significant shareholders, I never got a reply but a few days later the Lawrence holding was announced, not sure if my complaint had anything to do with it, but there is definitely some sizable change in holdings going on.

Now another little bit of info that could be of interest is that the only signicant shareholder apart from the directors to actual announce an increase in SKR is Sun Avenue Partners. Beneficial interest in Sun Ave is held by one Almas Mynbayev. Could be coincidence but the ex Deputy Chairman of the Kazakh State Agency for Regulating Natural Monopolies and Protecting Competition is one Almas Mynbayev.......for all I know Mynbayev could be the equivalent of Smith in england
