this is important what will do 30% and who it is

it can be institutions bought stock for more than we are
and they can reject the offer and we we can help them

it is possible that SAPC have more shares than THEY says bought with the use of third-person accounts and foreign accounts and these shares wait to support him
but that we will learn on July 8 or 9

the only thing we can do is reject the offer for now and accept or not offer after July 8

if you accept now you will help SAPC

Alternatively Dr Charles Hendry MP ([e-mail]), Prime Minister's Trade Envoy to Kazakhstan is meeting with Kazakhstan Ambassador Kairat Abusseitovs on the 8th July.

Not sure where this will get you, mind you all avenues should be explored.

Is this not a political reason for NOT investing in KAZAKHSTAN. where was the local governance, when they took millions $ from the WEST in raising investment $ from the wests finical markets to support this project which was on paper presented as a pretty clear cut case (i.e. we give you this and you be delivered this, this will help us and this will help you ). The west provided this money and supported a KAZAKHSTAN project that should have lead to a profit. Now the original investors are offering on the LSE a price of £0.0183p for an original offer on the LSE of £1.20000p. THE PROJECT IS STILL VIABLE and i guess will eventually go ahead and will make the people in control of that project a lot of money. TO TAKE MONEY TO PROGRESS SOMETHING and then rip off the people that helped you do this this in first place IS A SIN , and is not the sort of thing that should be allowed to happen on the international financial markets in order to raise money. If this is the way KAZAKHSTAN wish to finance their long term goals THEN ???

Amundi Group SA - Less than 3%, RNS 06 July 2012

I am not entirely sure if these act as brokers or are institutional investors. Never the less i will be contacting each tomorrow.

We can do something, we can reject. If between us we can at least get 5% i am hopeful we can make a difference. After all do you think non PI's holding the remainder are happy with the offer. I think not. I wonder if we can somehow identify the largest holders (excl sapc and directors)

I have not yet received my vote to reject or accept the offer I currently hold 940000 shares I will ring my broker tomorrow to tell them to reject the offer, to hell with them.

Think you misunderstand, visitors to this website (Kazakh - flag counter), historically happened everytime news (RNS) was imminent. Which would suggest someone local to the company was snooping. I just hope they are getting our message loud and clear!

Kazakhstan visitor again today. Lets hope they are getting the message that we are not impressed and will be rejecting this pathetic offer.
