09/12/2019 20:45 | Moving nicely again on Nasdaq Great volume much more liquid Looking forward to the delist on aim and relist on Nasdaq Massive upside here DYOR | kirk 6
09/12/2019 19:18 | He has no need to shaft shareholders, he's enough to 'share' but when the next cash call comes..... Scientologists now that's one weird belief system. Hope Glyn's ready for full immersion! | waterloo01
09/12/2019 19:10 | never heard of a billionaire who regard 50 million as peanuts...they regard 50 million as a lot of money that should return much more from being deployed | hernando2
09/12/2019 19:06 | Berny, so you can't find any companies to back up your claim that companies moving to Nasdaq result in huge rise in share price . Wildbunch, exactly Duggan has played this well... £50m for a multi billionaire is peanuts.. | sikhthetech
09/12/2019 18:12 | Hi All - With regards Duggen all he wants is to make many multiples of his investment but also to get a new Antibiotic to market.I am confident funding will be available post January 2021 even if its Duggen but by then the Discuva platform will have added value to the Company etc. However we will still not know if the C-Diff drug has worked in order to achieve passing past Phase 3 at that point. With regards Share Certificates all my shares will be covered by Share Certificates before the 23rd December & I have been advised that I can convert at no extra cost into ADS & then think about finding a platform to get back into the market. I have already bought the equivalent number of shares that were in my wife's name today in order to simplify matters & I can now Sell her shares to break even based on todays close. | chrisatrdg
09/12/2019 17:54 | So Duggan is in for 70 odd million ( i think), 28% of shares out of his hands,,so quite illiquid sometime in the next 12 months the share price shoots up, driven by aggressive buying by persons unknown. Due to lack of liquidity, Duggan reluctantly releases 25% of his holding into the market, selling in tranches to satisfy demand. Reducing significantly his financial exposure but still giving him most of the company should things go well, minimal loss if things go badly. Just another take on the situaltion I bought Friday at 19 and 20. | hernando2
09/12/2019 17:28 | Cash runway until January 2021. Phase 3 not finished then-plus time for analysing results. What happens in January 2021 when cash runs out-does Duggen get the remainder for not much? He has played this beautifully-and as I and others suggested he might. That's all. | wildbunch
09/12/2019 16:21 | Some mugs selling earlier Will no doubt be buying back above 25p | kirk 6
09/12/2019 16:08 | currently ADS are at US$1.54 to sell - equivalent of 23.4p bid on AIM is currently 20p | metis20
09/12/2019 16:03 | According to HL (no called Barclays as yet) they don't have an issue with holding Nasdaq listed stock, however they (and all the brokers) will message out nearer the time over options. Chris, you might have jumped too soon re taking paper certificates. | waterloo01
09/12/2019 15:44 | Below is link to Proactive interview with GE | bermudashorts
09/12/2019 14:12 | Let's be honest the only reason the share price isn't up is because its delisting from AIM and all the T20 and other short tremors are rushing for the exit as they can't or don't want to hold their shares on the Nasdaq. Otherwise we would have been at least 50% up on Friday's news. | bernymadoff
09/12/2019 14:10 | Sikh, you've answered your own question. He could easily have taken the company private at this juncture but he hasn't so that tells me everything I need to know about the current risk of that possibility. As for Nasdaq just look at the late stage P3 pharma valuations for yourself. | bernymadoff
09/12/2019 13:55 | Just for your information I am with Barclays share service & they have told me that unless I transfer the shares before the 24th February they will be sold automatically so I have today instructed Barclays to convert them to a share certificate.I have also spoken to the Company’s Registrar saying what I am doing & they have taken a note of my actions. Once the transfer is made a new share certificate will be issued adding to my existing share certificate shares. At that point once I have also carried out the same with the Share Centre where I have a few more shares I will then have all my shares with the Company’s Registrar.I understand that at that point I can instruct to have the shares converted to ADS on the NASDAQ.At a further point I will then transfer back to a Broker who trade's on the NASDAQ which Barclays do not. For reference I suggest those with a similar situation double check their own situation. | chrisatrdg
09/12/2019 07:48 | Exciting week ahead I will be adding today or tomorrow | kirk 6
08/12/2019 19:36 | Berny, "What I'm looking forward to most is the huge rerate that should ensue on Nasdaq. AIM has been a huge drag on this stock as it's just controlled by spivs and dodgy MMs and dominated by short term traders." Can you give examples of similar dual listed shares where after they delisted from UK and moved to US, they have had a huge rerate? Mr Duggan is taking a huge 72% of the shares.. IF he can take such a huge stake for so little money, don't you think it wouldn't take much to take the company private? | sikhthetech
08/12/2019 19:21 | Hi All - I have just voted for all 4 motions through the Chairman to be voted on at the 23rd December meeting. | chrisatrdg
07/12/2019 19:16 | What I'm looking forward to most is the huge rerate that should ensue on Nasdaq. AIM has been a huge drag on this stock as it's just controlled by spivs and dodgy MMs and dominated by short term traders. | bernymadoff
