06/12/2019 19:51 | Look at the amount of individual trades on the Nasdaq compared to aim? Did you mean the other way round? | kirk 6
06/12/2019 19:50 | Totally disagree the Nasdaq listing is the main marker for summit and far more liquid than the London market. This is great news as look at the volume even today and up 5% as I speak. Can't wait to delist on aim and have the Nasdaq only. Not just that we have speculated in the past it could be the Americans that find through to commercialisation!Hu | kirk 6
06/12/2019 19:45 | Hmm, it's hard to tell if this is positive or negative to be honest. If it wasn't a condition of the placing that the shares have to be de listed from the uk market then I would be putting a sizeable amount in here. However, the new investor has demanded that the shares are delisted from the uk, with the only the ADR shares remaining which are highly illiquid, and he will then own 78% of the company to do with what he wants and there is no way to out vote him. Bit of a conundrum, and could go either way, but I'm leaning on negative side. | fragma
06/12/2019 17:19 | Moving up on Nasdaq nearly flat now | kirk 6
06/12/2019 16:04 | Nasdaq is better all round much more liquid aswell Excellent news today | kirk 6
06/12/2019 15:54 | GL funds buying in. I make it there'll be circa 17% shares in public hands after this deal goes through. | bernymadoff
06/12/2019 15:54 | Hi All - I agree with waterloo01 & I think it is just a matter of waiting re conversion process & feel sure things will become much clearer in the near future. What ever happens our UK shares are still 'legal' just not being traded on AIM after February 2020.I for one will be moving onto NASDAQ once the route is known it is a question for the 23rd December meeting which I will be attending. In addition I support someuwin in his Buying today as we now know the 'bottom price' at the moment I do not have the funds but may do so before AIM de-listing in order to add a further 50% in order to average down from being 50,245 shares at 96p. | chrisatrdg
06/12/2019 15:25 | commercialisation is never nailed on, especially in the antibiotic space, but it has a very good chance and I agree with the sentiment, however even this cash only gets them to early 2021, so more will still be needed, however by then, they will be much more certain about the pipeline and as I say, with luck the whole financial case around antibiotics must change, at some point. The lack of free float will put off some funds, but agree, any good news and it will rocket. | waterloo01
06/12/2019 15:17 | No one invests that kind of cash not even Duggan unless commercialisation is nailed on. Love the concentration of stock in a few hands. Only 17% in free float after this raise. Any good news and the lack of stock plus Nasdaq listing will see it soar | bernymadoff
06/12/2019 15:00 | Yup - Placees prepared to put $50m of new cash into this at 22.1p. I've bought more at this level. | someuwin
06/12/2019 14:49 | Can't understand why this isn't much higher The whole massive uncertainties around funding are now over at a much better price than certainly I expected | kirk 6
06/12/2019 14:42 | Raise at $1.58 for ADR's Guess Dungan could have bought everyone else out and just taken it private (not far from it with a 72% holding). If I can hold as ADR's in a SIPP/ISA I will hold onto them as I'd still like my piece of the action as they move toward approvals. Not ideal, but given the current environment in antibiotics, at least it's funded and will complete trials. By the time it gets to approvals, the situation might have changed in terms of valuing antibiotic plays | waterloo01
06/12/2019 14:30 | It's fine mate I just read up on ADR's | bernymadoff
06/12/2019 14:14 | Can you explain pls Someuwin? | bernymadoff
06/12/2019 14:14 | Agreed I read this is monumental development fully funded through to almost commercialisation | kirk 6
06/12/2019 14:09 | The US ADRs are based on the AIM shares. These are the only real shares - don't let them go on the cheap! | someuwin
06/12/2019 14:01 | This looks like very good news to me.Especially as we can currently buy below the placing price! | someuwin
06/12/2019 13:49 | Usual AIM idiots selling at a loss when this is a stonking development. They're consolidating all the shares on Nasdaq where tech companies get proper valuations reflecting their potential rather than the spivvy world of AIM. There's a very selfish reason the BOD has stumped up nearly all of the $50m at a premium to the current share price Most brokers let you trade in US stocks so this is a nailed on buy down here. Watch it fly on Nasdaq now that funding concerns have been addressed. | bernymadoff
06/12/2019 13:41 | So what's happening then so this will only be listed on the Nasdaq but not they are fully funded ? That's good news isn't it ? Good funding price | kirk 6
06/12/2019 13:31 | Hi All Currently I have a huge paper loss so I will be converting to the listing on the NASDAQ & may top up latter if another of my investments fly. Clearly Summit have hit their 'Last chance saloon' moment & I am not surprised at the timing as the 3rd Qtrs results are due out this month which would have been heavily qualified. Feeling a little sore but better than a complete write off. | chrisatrdg
06/12/2019 13:29 | Well that's me out! Loss, but not being tied in again to another delisted aim share! | markth126
06/12/2019 13:13 | Is it not just deleting of aim or is it re listing somewhere ? | kirk 6
06/12/2019 12:46 | So are people holding here or selling before the delisting? I have not encountered this situation before, so would welcome thoughts. I only have a very small holding here that I bought after the big drop, but is this an example of PI's getting stuffed, or am I misunderstanding things? The raising appears to be good news for company, so why the delisting? | lovewinshatelosses
06/12/2019 12:40 | So they have raised 50m? That's fantastic news isn't it ? And hardly a discount ?????? | kirk 6 |
