Mr Glyn Edwards, Chief Executive Officer of Summit, commented: "The strength of the interim data from our PhaseOut DMD trial has bolstered our belief that ezutromid could become a new standard of care for all patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy ('DMD'). These interim data showed a statistically significant and meaningful reduction in both muscle damage and muscle inflammation after just 24 weeks of treatment.

Likely to be a Big bounce at some point shortly Farn bounced from 75p to £1.65, IMM bounced from 19p to 50p all just after the initial drop. Great trading opportunity now

Call finished-only lasted 20 minutes. Depressing. Boys to be taken off drug. Little to no hope for DMD pipeline. Banging on about about other programs-but these are years away. CEO and Chairman should go. 100% cash bonuses! Contrast hype at AGM with outcome today. Shocking.

I would like to know who has been the persistent seller of around 10-25K shares almost every day for many weeks. It bothered me and I should have acted on it.
Hopefully gene therapy or gene editing will help the patients.
I feel the antibiotics have value so will hold but it has been pretty devastating for all of us including the company employees.
There is always a good reason for a gene switch in neonates but it is not easy to see why utrophin was so ineffective. Maybe a new study with a nos up regulator?
