Next month is 7 years since I started investing in Summit & there are many of us who have seen many ups & downs at AGM's etc & much dilutions & now I feel we have at last made it.Well done Summit team & all those on this & the other board who have stuck with Summit.Based on current share price I have now reached past 100% increase in value.Wow.

I see the NASDAQ to continue trading at 7.30 ET. CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE! On whatever level ... this is it .... looking forward to a "slap up lunch!"

There's no mention of Sarepta in the announcement ... so nothing there just yet!

Aim to treat 100% of boys with Utrophin, so market is HUGE. They also have a priority voucher worth $200m which might come into play.

Question is might FDA accelerate the approval process alongside the phase 3 placebo trial?

Any guesses on the value to Summit of this RNS. I assume SRPT bid would only be for part of Summit.

AIM pharma shares have gone mad over the last month.

In some shock as to be honest, I thought it wouldn't be quite so good as it seems. Most recent broker was at $80 (closed at $12), and most of that based on C.diff.

SRPT bound to make a bid IMO. What price!

Hi Davielad - Thanks for the post SRPT is currently up 5.31% $65.69 which would be if no change a 52 wk high which seems to support your posting.Currently SMMT is up 5.26% $12.81 = £1.84.Will be interesting if this trend does not change how the share price will react on AIM this Tuesday.

'Just watched CNBC power Lunch..... Interesting piece on prospective M&A activity in the Biotech Sector. Specifically speculation that Biogen has SRPT as a potential target. ...... And of strong M&A activity in the sector generally. This may account for the rise just now on the NASDAQ. I think the whole sector is up today'

Hi waterloo. On another board, someone suggested that institutional buyers almost always get the mid price or thereabouts, despite the size of their order. No idea how true this is as I don't pretend to understand trades. If they are right, it suggests they could be II buys. I'd like to think so. Pity nasdaq lost upward momentum later on.

Two very large trades 133k followed by 118k. price 1.78 & 1.77 so not clear a work buy or sell.
