16/11/2007 14:53 | I normally dont go for such a small cap like this SUB... But sometimes a stocks scream at me, Look at the volume its one of the highest its been over about 3 years normally a volume like this will create a spike in the share price shortly, I've been told buys to sells are 4-1 in the last few days(i've not looked my self) I'm guessing they are filling up in the gaps in the market, Once this is done there should be a nice rise, .... Lots of bad vibes but what do you expect from such a high fall this company are going to go bust or slowly start to rise again, Time will tell and need more food for thought. Also with the latest news I need to find out how much the operation will cost/How will they raise the funds and how long do they expect this to take... A few companys have been selling out but.. Time will tell; After the recent finds its pretty good news as long as its all correct: "LONDON (Thomson Financial) - SubSea Resources PLC said its survey vessel, John Lethbridge, has located a wreck in Eastern Atlantic deep water of a ship which was carrying a cargo of non-ferrous metals when it sank of an estimated gross value of around 28 mln usd in today's prices." They did have a few other finds in 2005 2006 can someone fill me in here whats happened to them... The company in my eyes are undervalued I will phone the company sometime next week But remember such a small cap always carrys a high risk... | tlee05

14/11/2007 17:24 | I think RAB put much of the £4.4m up this summer. They previously held 7.1% in 2006 and this may have gone up in the £7m raised last winter. Christopher Harbourne also had 12.8% in 2006 and he actually loaned the company money last winter and took it back in shares. If both him and RAB have been well locked into SUB with substantial losses other options would have to be looked at. When SUB failed to find Miranda RAB may have averaged down and it would not have cost them much to get to near the take over limit. This they may have predicted would make the price rise (as it did) but it failed to rise enough. They are certainly locked in now because they cannot sell shares or the company will collapse. I notice some of the institutions are selling. Time will tell if RAB have been wise or not. I personally cannot see SUB raising more cash without a more impressive result than finding a wreck that is unlikely to be comercially profitable to work. The crunch is when they have to find more cash and that has to be soon. The end of the calender year is not far away. | billie4
