Not sure what you mean by end. Resolutions were passed on Tuesday (go to the Stratmin website) that will enable the reverse takeover of Signature Goold to go through, subject to court hearing in Aus today. So by next week one can be sure that existing shares will be registered for trading on NEX within a couple of weeks, and newsflow about partnered gold exploration in Australia can start. ASX will be only when proposing new shares for expansion of activities. But why would you sell?

Thank you for the response, very helpful. End in sight but still 6months+ away.

You mentioned docs to consider, what will there be to consider?

I presume then we can expect big spreads on ASX?

Stratmin, assuming the reverse merger vore succeeds on Monday, will list on NEX in London, bringing some tradeability. Not IAM, because AIM wanted a minimum £5m raise, which they don't need. In fact only a few £000s available. Then new documents will appear for you to look at and consider, and they will look to float on ASX early next year probably. It will be an entirely different beast, but it looks to be working, which is a relief!

I find the whole thing so opaque.

This recent rush of docs - Is a re-listing somewhere now in sight? When can i expect to see a tradeable value back in my account? Summer?

I'd probably have to my phone my broker to tell him it's back trading!

Is StratMin now a closed entity? Will the co be trading under a new name?

There you go, more evidence of the petty small minded idiots that live on here.

Was Brett ever acting in the interests of STGR holders, even though he was supposed to be? In theory.

Bignuggets post on LSE. 13th January 2018.

Extract:

"Brett is aware that communication with shareholders needs to improve. With that in mind we will be employing an expert on online social media.

Finally, my favourite line from Brett - "We will be borrowing the balance sheets of larger companies to help us achieve our ambitions"

Family member could easily do the first.
Obviously no evidence of experts in social media so far. Probably just end up swamping the board with positive but not exactly relevant posts, like they did in the past.
Tried and tested.

Like they "borrowed" from Stratmin, for the second point?

"Am I on my own in thinking that from the day Boynton got involved with Stratmin he had just one aim and that was to turn it into a Boynton family feast?"

Certainly looks that way to me, as well.

Wouldn't be surprised to see a few family members singing his praises on here.

Maybe they already have.

When he was overseeing the drop in share price, to more acceptable levels for Signature investors?

Have you ever said anything positive about this company?

Your latest pathetic whinge started by claiming that Brett Boynton wanted to basically take away this company from it's shareholders and have it all for himself and his family, naming him as a thief. Then you claim he has stripped the company of cash.

No specifics, just a juvenile baseless moan as is the norm for your kind.
I have seen the accounts and there is no evidence of Brett Boynton pocketing funds.

Grow up you obnoxious toe rag.

It would appear that Harvey Haddock has been just too busy to actually read the Company's accounts. Had he done so he would have seen how much Mr Boynton has stripped out of the company.

Have to agree with that, no reason whatsoever that updates cant be on the website, rather than through the wink wink nudge nudge brigade.

"Posted on LSE but why can't it be found on stratmins web site?"

Very good point.

As he has already shown, Brett seems to prefer feeding "information" through selected posters. That in my experience, always ends in tears.
There is absolutely nothing stopping him posting updates on either Signature's or Stratmin's website.

".... but without RNS announcements don£t reach as many shareholders as we used to."

Websites conveniently ignored.

"Jimbotechstock" was a favourite on LSE always banging the Stratmin drum for Brett.
If you look at his posting history over there (not on the STGR thread), he now claims that he was badly let down by the STGR management.

Yesterday a favoured stooge, for whom management could do no wrong.
Now....?

Typical mentality. Not one word on the content, preferring to moan on where it came from.

This place is a good home for you.

Posted on LSE but why can't it be found on stratmins web site?

The main points for me here is that we are still on track and exploration results are still being carried out in the background and are positive.
I am surprised no one commented on the French Governments EUR 700,000 tax refund which was an uncertain entity and is now enabling to fund works, being carried out. This was massive imo.
I always expected delays in some form, it is unavoidable when dealing with governing bodies, it is a fact of life.

Dig in people, we are nearly there.

Thanks for touching base.

Signature received clearance from ASIC, the Australian regulator, at close of business on Friday, for the revised Scheme Booklet. SDo the Scheme will be put to Shareholders via a circular in the next coupe of days and that starts a 21 day countdown.

Separately the Scheme is put to the Australian court for a first review on Thursday and a final authorisation on 24 May.

In between the scheme will be presented again to the StratMin shareholders and we are competing a process with the Takeovers Panel to clear that ASAP.

We then have a clear runway to admission on the NEX on or about 24 May.

So we are still on track as planned with the revised scheme.

Thanks for offering to share the information from the last e-mail. Please do go ahead. It is useful to reach as many shareholders as possible. We have the support of the Consolidated Resources and Viking concert party, but without RNS announcements don£t reach as many shareholders as we used to.

Separately we have the 3D IP survey back from our Canadian experts and we have the results we hoped for. These are with the independent expert for review and opinion before we formally present anything externally.

The team are back in the field this week at Mt Cassidy, preparing that project for the same treatment to complete drill targeting. We have Sub Audio Magnetics (SAM) over that area, but need to follow up geochemical program which is being run this week and then we will run the same 3D IP from the Canadians again in a couple of months.

We are very excited to have a major new discovery read for drill out and a follow on project a couple of months away from drilling. Fingers crossed we continue to get the results we predicted, then we can begin to work on collaborations with the major gold miners with confidence on our exploration systems to reproduce the results.

It's probably not only the Australians who don't understand the AIM market!!

In essence?

Vidaloca post on Lse.

Extracts:

"....we decided that it was not appropriate to change the deal and would instead take the listing to the main board of the London Stock Exchange, bypassing the AIM market. Recognising that investors such as yourself have been waiting for liquidity on the planned AIM listing and not wanting to delay that, we met with the NEX exchange to discuss an immediate listing on that exchange which could then lead into the LSE standard listing on the main board by June. We submitted a pre-eligibility clearance application this week and received, overnight, confirmation from the NEX that we qualify for listing on the exchange....."

"The AIM market is not well understood in Australia and a main board listing is far preferable for attracting new Australian intitutional investors going forward."

Main board listing?

What's the betting that we end up stuck on NEX for the next few years.

None of the estimated time frames for a course of proposed action, have ever seemed to have worked out for this company. Look at all the business with BSM.

"The AIM market is not well understood in Australia...." has been used before by companies wanting to retreat from the AIM side of things, when finances become stressed, and AIM investors stop buying the "story".

The trouble is that Australians understand the AIM market only too well. That could be why many of them like to list here so that they can plunder it.
