Not interested one jot in their information, i suppose it just makes them look big.

I will wait for official announcements, and strongly recommend others do the same.

And if you are interested contact brett yourself, no reason why he shouldnt give out the same info.

There has never been anything to stop this company from keeping investors evenly and correctly informed.

By feeding information through the "select few" it makes it too easy to spread rumours and misinformation, through what effectively become company stooges.

Range resources were masters of this. The iPad RNS.

Why can't they just be straightforward and open. It would be so much simpler.

Wonder if Beaufort would agree?

I can let you know about the last contact I had with the company this week but as I said I will not relay any information to those who constantly moan and slag the company, it's entirely your choice.

I have no doubt that someone meeting with Brett this last week will be posting information on the boards next week. Keep your eye on LSE.

Thanks for offering Harvey. Like Jpsdpa I’m not keen on posting up my email. I’m pretty sure the majority of people reading this thread are in the dark as to what’s happening to their money and would appreciate you sharing whatever you know. Please don’t let the potential for trolls appearing prevent us from discussing the company

Ok Harvey, that sounds like bad news but I will just have to wait as I don’t want my e-mail bombarded by all those low life either. Thanks for the offer

JDSDPS,

I don't mind sharing information with posters such as Cognitive and yourself but I simply refuse to put anything out to the lowlife that live on here.

Hi Harvey
Is it possible for you to post a link or enlighten us if you have any information? I do feel both companies have been very poor in keeping their shareholders informed

Maybe they've sent illuminati off to finishing school and bought him a new computer.

If not, surely someone's nephew could do the job?

"Does anyone know what happened ......."

No. Not me anyway.

Over on the Lse board there have been comments about not keeping investors informed.

Supposedly it will change. We'll see.

"Thats a fair point which I brought up at the AGM. Going forward Brett wont be making the same mistake. Tectonic have even hired a marketing company that specialises in Social Media......"

They don't appear to be earning their salt, so far.

Can't think of any AIM PR companies that do, off hand.

Does anyone know what happened at the final court hearing on 22nd Feb which should have approved the deal?

"I cannot find stgr on lse ....."

On any Lse page, type in STGR at the top left, and ignore whatever results appear in the drop down box, and just press the red "go" button.

Think it may be possible to start a new page for Tectonic when they list, or maybe just before when there is a fixed date for the relisting.
(Have to sweet talk Lse maybe.....that rules me out)

Harvey Haddock,
I cannot find stgr on lse at all. Where exactly us the discussion. The share string stgr gives no results.

Ah, got it now, thank you. Didn't see the Share Chat icon: got put off by the No Data message. Looks interesting and will follow. Will be heavily diluted but have quite a lot of shares. Stick/fold/twist I need to examine.

Not sure what you mean by which string.

LSE bb board, STGR thread.

I am in regular contact with Brett and can confirm the info.

Hello Harvey Haddock
Which string on the LSE board, please? The Arminius report is very interesting, but it would be great to know who this is. Long-term STGR holder here. Thank you

Brett has always responded to emails and answered everything I have ever put to him.
Since his appointment he has turned this company around, just look at the facts and where we were prior to his tenure.

Read my last post regarding our current standing, that should tell you all you need to know.

Fingers crossed, this has dual listing, and with more interest in oz and a much larger resource, who knows maybe long suffering holders maybe able to recoup losses. I might need about 16p to breakeven.so allowing for future dilution, perhaps 30p!

Annual Report Page 5

"Corporate activities
During the reporting period, the Company has executed a binding Heads of Agreement (HoA) with London Stock Exchange listed shell company, StratMin Global Resources Plc (StratMin), for the reverse takeover (RTO) of StratMin by Signature. The RTO was to be executed by a Scheme of Arrangement, however since the end of the reporting period, the time frame in which the RTO was to be completed expired and as such StratMin was de-listed from Alternative Investment Market (AIM). Under the
AIM Rules, a qualifying asset had to be reversed into StratMin within 6 months of the Company being suspended on 3 February 2017.

Signature Gold is still pursuing the merger with StratMin as an unlisted entity and anticipates lodging a listing application on AIM within the first half of 2018. "

----------

.....Lodging an application to list within the first half of 2018.

So they're still on track?
