Rest assured.....he is owed money, as is the shareholder who loaned (even if it was unsecured).

So if "doing a BHR" is decided to be the way forward, at a much lower share price and MCap, they would be both well ahead of investors with their hands out. IMO.

(Bearing in mind that we supposedly, at the time, needed the money from BSM to progress.....or at least to keep going?)

Graphite hype in oz continues to buzz unlike on corrupt AIM. Bass/Graphmada the only listed producer and seller will be +$100m company. Stratmin major shareholder plus vertically integrated with new assets and business.

I cant get my head around this, why would you sell your only asset, a part yes but not all at rock bottom prices,
But the price is so low its not worth selling but honestly can not belive what value i will have in 3 or 6 months,

grumpster it is madness when all shareholders already know that when this theft completes STGR will have no assets at all, the tiny amount of cash will disappear as management expenses and STGR will disappear from sight AIM never ceases to amaze me every Aussie and Canadian also Chinese crook has encamped here aided by nomads and brokers and none are ever brought to book for these thefts from UK shareholders.

Steal all you want on AIM that is the new rule the FCA will allow it all I have again written to my MP about these AIM thefts but as London brokers/Nomads are complicit in these actions they seem to be immune to the law.

But at least stop posting these lies and admit STGR will have no assets left after this so called take over,Only brokers and the company can gain from these postings no one else.

StratMin Global Resources looks set to RECEIVE around MORE THAN TRIPLE ITS CURRENT MARKET VALUE in an asset sale that should also provide a funding solution for its Madagascan graphite operation.

The deal will see Stratmin offload its 93.75% stake in Graphmada Mauritius business to Bass Metals Ltd (ASX:BSM) for up to £8.1mln.
