"Bass puts in an offer which values the company at £8.6m vs current market cap of £2.6m "

What was it worth before Brett started giving it away?

Some to Tirupati, most of the rest to Bass. The "rebalancing" will ensure that the original good old boys at STGR will end up with at least the proportions of the business they had when they started with the AIM admission work of fiction.
The losers as usual will be the small holders.

Comet5d I really wish that I was not a shareholder in STGR but your continued ramping of STGR tells me that either you are a paid ramper or deluded .
I would like to sell my remaining holding but it will be impossible as the crafty Aussies have stolen all the assets for no cash only vows and promises .
Of the £35 million plus invested in the graphite venture a cash payment of less that 2% of £35m has been accepted by STGRs management at a point when we are producing good grades above 94% this is an outright theft nothing else these Aussie crooks are laughing all the way to the bank with STGRs shareholders cash disgraceful even by AIM standards.

The AIM market has been a magnet for this type of crime by Aussie scam artists and crooks from all over the world it is time this type of crime was stamped out and these people were brought to book also the Nomads and brokers who are assisting this crime from UK shareholders.

I wonder what that will be maybe reduce the tiny cash element of this takeover and replace it with more vows and promises that seems to be what the CEO will be after , an asset which has had over £35 million invested is being stolen by this bunch of Aussies for next to nothing other than vows and promises from BASS who have never honoured any of their previous agreements.

Brett's first year's up soon. It's been an interesting exercise in wrecking your own share price.

BSM MCap $A 5.06m £2.75m Holding 7% of STGR.

STGR MCap £ 2.65 with the other 93%

A job well done.

No news has leaked. I just put through a buy ' at best ' of a small amount , and 1.8 was the offer price, i clicked the accept button, i looked on here and saw immediately the graph go up.
Just small players pushing up the price.

Wskill....I totally agree...I'm sick an tied of crooks, spivs just using AIM as their own private bank...and they know they can act like this because nobody is looking after the interests of PI's; I'm ditching all my AIM holdings its not worth being conned all the time.

IMO AIM is doomed in its present unregulated form.

The problem today is they are all over ADVFN and the powers that be know who they are and do nothing to stop them .
This will be my last time I pay any money to them for my blue subscription a complete waste of time reading their paid for views.
I have very few AIM investments left now this is one of the last 3 AIM stocks I own and as most sane people will never invest in AIM now is their any wonder, when whole companies are stolen from share holders as is what is happening here by dishonest management .
The AIM market will follow the USM into oblivion due to lack of investors willing to risk cash, with AIM now the magnet for fraud by many Aussies and others from all over the world even the Chinese who seem to be experts in this area.

You can blame derampers for the current share price if you like, but surely the directors have a much bigger part to play in the way this has panned out?

The offer at 5.3p-ish is roughly where the share price was when Brett came on board, so how effective would you say his efforts have been?

They may as well have sold the company for its market value at that time last May, and saved a lot of hassle. You would obviously have approved of that illuminati, considering it a real triumph.

So STGR has gone from being almost at break even, to "Sorry chaps you'll have to wait a couple more years. During which time we'll carry on diluting you", as the new big cheese is so unreliable, "but our mates really want to be involved, it's just that they don't like parting with their cash unless there is an absolutely guaranteed (short term) profit......quite understandable and just the price to pay for letting the right sort in.....Well we think so anyway".

Patience........patience.

Still little retail interest in OZ.

Must be relying on the Patterson pump.
