The work includes installation, testing, and protection of nine spool pieces and two umbilical jumpers in a water depth of 172 m (564 ft). The equipment will connect 8-in. (20.3-cm) water injection, 8-in. oil and 3-in. (7.6-cm) gas lift production pipelines, and umbilicals to the P2 water injection well and a subsea distribution unit. West Don's wells will be tied back to the Northern Producer floating production platform. Sonsub's DSV Bar Protector should start the work late this month or early July. | father_paul | |

('Stratic' or the 'Company') announces that it has, in the ordinary course of business granted stock options to directors, officers and employees to acquire up to 5,175,000 common shares of the Company to directors, officers and employees of the Company under its stock option plan. The exercise price of C$0.30 represents an 21.4% premium over to the volume weighted average trading price of Stratic's shares on the TSX Venture Exchange over the last five business days immediately preceding the grant of the options. The share options will expire on June 4, 2019 and will vest in increments of 25% at grant and thereafter every six months until fully vested by December 5, 2010.
