Director Shareholding
Strathdon Investments plc, (AIM: STV) was informed on 1(st) April 2011 that Panos Loizou, an executive director of the Company transferred 3,700,000 ordinary shares in the Company held by him via an account with Williams De Broe to an account held by his personal pension scheme. The transfer of the ordinary shares was effected by a share dealing at a price of 1 pence per ordinary share. This transaction has resulted in no change in the number of ordinary shares of the Company of which Mr. Loizou is the beneficial owner. Both prior to and following the transaction, Mr. Loizou was and is the beneficial owner of 9,123,064 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 8.75% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
