I am liking the look of this and feel the chart may target 4p - 6p area before too long.

Lousy volumes make any share price movement pretty meaningless

That tick down effectively occurred an hour or more ago but only now acknowledged on advfn chart. MMs tried to engender a bit of excitement, but it did not keep its momentum. As juju says, volumes paltry. Maybe tomorrow.

Tad - I would hazard a guess you are right. People don't start suddenly buying if they are unsure. It seems someone might know a little bit more than we do. A little bit of confidence goes a long way.

It certainly appeals to me.

I would hazard a guess that news may be in the pipeline, we know they said they would update quarterly.

I am wondering if the delay is due to some corporate move concerning the mine, could Stratex be contemplating selling their 45% stake to Bahar?? Must be worth Bahar's consideration if so.

I checked last night if Bahar had enough funding to offer Stratex £20m-£30m and it seems they do, a sale cannot be ruled out.

I know this is conjecture but Stratex has repeatedly talked about acquiring distressed producing assets in West Africa and a decent cash sum (double that of the current market cap) may appeal.

Bob may have his feet up, but it would be great to know that Baha are actually paying Stratex's share

Gold motoring, most juniors have gone up 2x 3x 4x except STI, definately under the radar here but dam good value.

Even at 4p the market cap would be under £20m

No big trades, unless we get a late reported one of better size this evening.
Edit. It seems you can buy under the mid price at the moment, too.

It can only be a matter of time before the market latches on to this hidden gem.

Market cap circa £10m with £2m cash + expected Q1&Q2 cash circa £1.5m-£2m imminent + 45% interest in producing gold mine + 33% interest in Goldstone + other project stakes.

No debt, no dilution for 4.5 years.

Under the radar but not for much longer!
