Does anyone know how many junior miners have gone through the last 4 years without any dilution?A friend needs to know - because if true that STI stands more or less alone in that field - we don't have a cabbage after all - we have a rare gem worth simply squillions.

Just a few modest buys this morning moves the price.

What many do not realize is when the share price hit 8.5p in March 2012 there were exactly the same number of shares in issue as now.

What other junior resource company has gone through the 4 year sector bear market without diluting the shareholders and still come out of it with £2.5m cash.

The revised Northland target price was 6.6p

Gold up in Aus, now $1375 and looking like it may break $1400 this month.

Could be a good week for Stratex, below the radar mar/cap only £9.7m with £2.5m cash and 20% of revenue of a 35k oz per year gold mine.

Q2 production news due also.

Never much stock around either.

Tad , good thread. I might even stop slagging Bob in case you ban me. Commercials on gold/silver at historic record short on Friday , yet they climb to new Brexit highs after initial usual knock down on BS US jobs numbers . I reckon this could be uber bullish . Might even help STI

The guy in the photo is the Turkish mine manager.

I have added a live price widget for gold and silver as the mine produces both. If anyone wants anything else added I am up for suggestions but I think most is covered.

Having listened to the BRR interview once again (link at top of thread) did anyone notice how Bob declared that the Q1 2016 production number of circa 12,400oz was only up-to the 2nd week in March. Production seems way above forecasts based on 10 weeks therefore.

Gold was exceptionally resilient in the face of the US job data on Friday, bodes well. How can the enterprise value of a production company only be £7m in the current gold climate?

Who's the guy pictured in the header above - top left ? Bob maybe , or a Turkish gentleman here to represent our company ?

Excellent new thread and about time.

£9m market cap for a cash rich and low cost producer is balmy.

This company is so under the radar.

One thing that is pretty obvious is how fast the shares move on demand due to the low free float.

I believe Stratex is an outstanding investment opportunity with a current enterprise value of only £7m. The company was valued at £40m in 2012.

There is the real prospect of serious monetary gains ahead in my view.

The company is now a low cost gold producer in Turkey with maiden Q1 production of 12,000oz in March 2016, cash costs have been stated at $560oz

Stratex is run by ultra conservative and wily management, you will not hear ramping and media is limited to significant milestones, the company usually attends shows/exhibitions for industry professionals.

The management have cut costs significantly and have gone through a 4 year sector related bear market without diluting the shareholders, there is still a healthy cash balance.

The share price hit 8p back in March 2012, interestingly the same number of shares are in issue now.

The last broker note offers a share price target of 7.8p when gold was $1100oz

Whilst we await exact details on revenue share from the mine, a number of folk believe Stratex could receive >£3.0m cash in Y2016 from the project. Now consider that against the current £9.75m market value. Better still that is from an initial 20% share, it moves to 45% in about 18-24 months!

The new thread reflects a new optimistic tone in the sector, most mining bull markets last 3+ years so hopefully there are many days ahead where the share price re-rates to reflect true value.

Now is the time to be a bull of the sector, bears and bitter detractors are not welcome!

DYOR etc - No advice intended

AAU has 809.88 million shares and STI has 500 million fully diluted. Once STI has there 45% stake then there cut will be 22,500 oz if they produced 50,000 oz.

I still think you should create a new thread Tad. A good news thread and a critical thread can perfectly co-exist together. There are many other shares on ADVFN where you have multiple threads too.
