I find this utter state of inertia with respect to clear and concise mining figures and returns utterly contemptible and there really is no good reason for it. We should be flying on solid production figures and incremental cash returns but the market has no concise figures to work with just an initial Q1 processing figure; which could just be an anomaly; and the suprise omission of a mine closing figure yet to be calculated which was absent from the fs and subsequently not factored in to any IRR figures. No news is bad news unless proved otherwise in this fragile market and the sooner that Bob clears up this ambiguity the better for all concerned. | ![]() exbiz | |

06/7/2016 10:03 | I notice the share price of Ariana is also not moving up despite being right next door to Hot Maden plus they are drawing closer to production. I think, at the moment, there is a limited pot of cash circulating the sector from traders. When that pot arrives on a company you get a strong bounce but in the cases of certain stocks these entities move on and take profits. One issue with Stratex is the market makers are very reluctant to make a market when either news is due or gold is moving up strongly. Investors are reluctant to go 'at best' so they move on to something that appears more liquid. News is due here we all know that and so do the market makers. | ![]() tadtech | |
