Fairly prompt RNS re 2.5m share purchase by MD. Looks like his purchase today was clocked at 15.31 and the RNS was issued at 18.02.

Dillydally - your attempts to encourage holders in GPH to sell their shares when a RNS came out earlier this month for that company failed - correct me if I am wrong.You didn't post next day when your prediction for the fall in share price proved incorrect - correct ne if I am wrong.For that deramping you were operating in conjunction with oil&gas - correct me if I am wrong.You have suddenly turned up this SML thread with negative views not backed up with facts - correct me if I am wrong.

Dilly, SML have been over sold due to lack of credibility that the PEPR would be approved.

Anyone selling now after the info on the 3 funding options will regret it later IMHO.

You beat me to it:

All 3 option appear equally appropriate for funding LCCM.

RNS says they have 3 companies in the data room looking to finance it... so hopefully not long. I'll be at the AGM next week so will ask the board face-to-face. No worries about spotting it... been glued to that website for 18 months :)
