You're right Nat Roy.Trouble is that quantity of comment is nothing to do with its quality. However I agree that it will gap upwards sooner or later.I am long term , at least until the Redmoor results at the end of Q3

Thanks dropside. You have to admire the way the new director has played the AIM game to perfection. Be interesting to see if SML provides its accounts at the end of June as usual. That's normally when reality hits home.

What a company!!!!The more I read the more I love this company...The main thing is that they are making money and the whole story sounds good. Not like other companies when there main goal is to take take take and as a share holder you lose.Listen to Vox markets podcasts and make your own mind up.GLA upwards to 3 and beyond!!!

"400k tonnes at @ $62 per metric tonne = $24.8 Million. At a 45% profit margin, that means $11.2 million profit for SML over the length of the contract (assuming constant magnetite ore price). $11.2 million = £9.02 million at current exchange rate. That is 50% of our Mcap, most of which i expect will be made available to fund the development of the potentially enormous mines at Hanns camp and Redmoor. Long and strong into 2018 and beyond with SML"

Divide that theoretical £9.02m by the 8 years it would take to produce 400,000 tonnes. Also allow for the fact that the current Cobre licence (SML does not own Cobre) expires early next year.
‘Management at Cobre continues to negotiate with the mine owners for extended guaranteed access to the magnetite stockpile. So far, this has not been forthcoming’.

SML exploration record is hardly the best on AIM either. Of the millions spent to date, the highest return was $1 for 50% of the Tatu coal mine.
