Posted at 08/1/2019 14:53 by tiswas I am still not sure how to value this other than to buy it as a punt.Ok, I can now buy at 70p so a 30% discount to the placing at 100p. 7.7m net cash 30/9/18 falling at 0.5m every 6 months? So I would be buying at a discount to nav based on 8.9m shares issued. But we have the huge potential dilution: Basic earnings per share is calculated by dividing the earnings attributable to ordinary shareholders by the weighted average number of ordinary shares outstanding during the period. Diluted earnings per share is calculated using the weighted average number of shares adjusted to assume the conversion of all dilutive potential ordinary shares. Basic and Diluted eps Earnings £(1,075,741) Weighted average number of shares 88,810,003 Per-share amount (1.21p) So I would guess any deal has to be pretty mega and leveraged for ordinary shareholders to make decent gains? |
