28/8/2020 12:26 | Finally got a reply. Been delayed by covid but still being processed. No timescale given but getting nearer! | tiswas
26/8/2020 07:13 | Has the 7p or whatever the final amount was been paid? | tiswas
08/9/2019 21:06 | The shares were suspended on 3rd September, pending details of an acquisition being finalised. | meanwhile
21/3/2019 15:33 | More like lack of news.......... | rjd123
21/3/2019 12:31 | Have I missed some news? | tiswas
08/1/2019 14:53 | I am still not sure how to value this other than to buy it as a punt. Ok, I can now buy at 70p so a 30% discount to the placing at 100p. 7.7m net cash 30/9/18 falling at 0.5m every 6 months? So I would be buying at a discount to nav based on 8.9m shares issued. But we have the huge potential dilution: Basic earnings per share is calculated by dividing the earnings attributable to ordinary shareholders by the weighted average number of ordinary shares outstanding during the period. Diluted earnings per share is calculated using the weighted average number of shares adjusted to assume the conversion of all dilutive potential ordinary shares. Basic and Diluted eps Earnings £(1,075,741) Weighted average number of shares 88,810,003 Per-share amount (1.21p) So I would guess any deal has to be pretty mega and leveraged for ordinary shareholders to make decent gains? | tiswas
23/5/2018 06:53 | Might be a long wait, although I assume the directors are actually working on something at the current time! | bookbroker
22/5/2018 20:34 | Yes, and has Melrose directors on its share register through their relationship with STRL. founders! Just waiting for the first deal to be announced! | bookbroker
08/5/2018 19:46 | Didn’t Melrose start this way? | meanwhile
08/3/2018 09:17 | This new entry to the AIM market could be one to follow, on the lookout for relatively mid-size engineering companies to improve performance. Backed by experienced managers and support from existing Melrose directors, clearly they hold current management in some esteem! This is similar to a shell company, so anything can occur, but maybe one to keep a watchful eye upon! | bookbroker |
