That sounds about right, but, the stock will not be todays price then.!!!!!!!! What you have to do with this share is what the big boys do, ie look at 12-18 months ahead. If you do that you will not sleep tonight.!!!!

This stock rose on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, and Fri of last week as all the world started to see how cheap it is.Fridays news is in my view, just the start of a bull run, that sees this stock aiming over time to hit its 5 year high of over 40p. The conversion of the loans to shares, new bank loans, broker upgrades, it just goes on and on. MM will find it hard to hold back at this rock bottom price.

Cant see it myself, but I'd be delighted if they place shares above 1.5p. I'd suggest 1.2p is more likely. We know very little about what the aquisition is, so I'll temper my enthusiasm for now..

Placing price will be at at least 1.5p, could well be a lot more, that why punters in the know piled in AND paid above 1.5p. A placing at 2p and a stock price of 2.5p when dealing starts seems about right to me.Even without this buy , a PE of 5 for this year is nuts,[as punters will in time see for themselves.]

tara, quite agree - I cant recall seeing a share price go up 40% because of an aquisition, because it leads to share placing (or loans), which is normally at a discount to current share price.

They said that financing would be easy, so it will be interesting if this comes off, just how they do finance. Personally I'd rather a placing and at as close to current bid as possible.

Spiritel said Friday it has signed Heads of Agreement with the vendors of a private company and is in the early stages of conducting due diligence.

The board stressed that discussions are at an early stage and there is no guarantee that the acquisition will proceed.

The company made the statement in reaction to the recent increase in the company's share price.

Here here, but we know that these shares are the best buy on the LSE. Todays news means profit will be on the up, and over time so will the stock price. They are buying on a PE of around 4, and we turn that into a PE of 20 sending the stock price through the roof.

We all know or we should all know just how crafty market makers are...they will do almost anything to ensure that they win and we loose.......so don't sell they may mark the share price down for no reason especially when all orders are BUYS just like what is happening right now.....sit tight and make the MM sweat and work for their money just like we have to.
