I agree (naturally) . Starcomm growth prospects also more assured. Think its down to what I said before, its an Israeli company. The end game here is, as you pointed out a takeover, and the likes of Bosch should get interested in acquiring the technology at some point.

Cannot for the life of me see how TRT can have Interims and losses like this and be valued at double Starcoms market cap its just madness Https://uk.advfn.com/stock-market/london/transense-technologies-TRT/share-news/Transense-Technologies-PLC-Interim-Results/81801406

The best bit for me is "This contract, along with others under active negotiation, demonstrates the significant opportunity for Starcom to expand its OEM strategic partnerships with companies that will benefit from our proven technology to enhance their respective businesses."

Nice little OEM contract - sounds like more to come as well.

Ok thanks - will be nice to have that confirmed in the results. I wouldn't be against a small raise at a reasonable level if it helps them grow. Margins looks good here so any new contracts will make a big difference

Here is Allenbys recent note a few weeks ago "Revenue increased 14% to $6.8m (ACLe: $6.7m) and there is expected to have been a $0.3m positive swing in adj. EBITDA to $0.3m

I would not have expected it last year probably close to break even but as for H1 2020 cannot see any reason why not as all the recent updates have all pointed that way. They will I think need some form of cash injection to strengthen the balance sheet and give them the capital to expand unhindered. If that is the case How they do it will set the tone for the rest of the year.

Bought a few of these last week - are the results expected to show they've gone cash flow positive? Noticed cash was quite tight from the last set of numbers.

So results out early March not long to go.As the directors are now in a closed period I wonder if they will further invest in their business by buying shares again on the open market after reporting. They also have their options from their pay cut which vests in April at 1.25P another good way to fund the business and give confidence to the market

One big question for me is how little Bosch has seemed to sell the TDL140 and how much they must have invested in obtaining approval from airlines promoting and testing the Kylos Air.Interestingly enough is that Bosch actually invested in CropX back in 2016 before Starcom were involved with them. This article rightly so assumes they came on board to provide sensors Https://techcrunch.com/2016/04/12/bosch-flextronics-back-cropx-to-help-farmers-feed-the-world-efficiently/ Funnily enough then Starcom tie up with CropX in 2017 then a few months later with Bosch both using Kylos Air!! As CropX grows if ever there were a case for Bosch to invest in Starcom or even buy them out then there it is in black and white IMHO

Thanks for posting that brokers note, clearly shows the upward trajectory that looks on the cards given recent developments , and debt looks to be well under control if the note is to be believed. I am also equally disappointed at the market reaction but I am also quite optimistic that we will get some positive "ahead expectations" trading updates in the not too distant future... fingers crossed!

Would not be surprised to see further Lokies contract news either before or with the results in a month from now.The Russian volume order opens the door to get the production costs down and be able to offer the product at a competitive price. This was highlighted as an aim at the AGM. Disappointed to say the least at the market reaction to the Update but not here to trade this.As with Pilat Media I think the BOD's end game is to sell the business once its large enough to command a decent price

And I think that 14% is conservative for 2020

So going back to the SaaS revenues if we assume they increased by 14% YoY then 2019 will be $2.28M.If the same increase happened for 2020 then we would have $2.6M Saas revenue.Add to that $2M for Russia Alone sale of Lokies predicted plus $400K for the Ukraine Helios customer then we seem to have $5M before we really start to get into CropX, Wimc, Cubemonk,Rest of World Lokies and Zero !!!

Thats a good sign. Also ebitda tripled from £75k in H1 to £225k in H2 so pressure on cashflow should be receding fast?

Just the fact that the usual suspects on Twitter are not pumping the life out of it tells me there probably isn't a placing in the offing.

Agree with your sentiments, this looked a great update to me.The Main reason that I see is that there is no institutional investment here so when a placing occurs (which has been frequent in the past) it goes to PI's and traders so we then get a Pump & Dump situation.People are expecting a placing still that's a big part of it i'm sure.

Somewhat muted response to RNS so far. 14% increase in revenue and switch from negative to firmly positive ebitda. Wonder whether this is because company is still v much under radar or whether its because its Israeli and investors lack of trust of management. IMO future direction only looks one way given product offering and markets they are in, and thats upwards. For a tech company with positive ebitda and clear growth trajectory to be trading at less than 1 price to sales is pretty surprising if not hard to believe.
