   On 28 May 2020, Stagecoach Group plc announced its aim to publish its 
preliminary results for the year ended 2 May 2020 in late July, with a 
planned date to be confirmed in due course. 
 
   We now confirm our intention to publish the results announcement via RNS 
at 7.00am UK time on 22 July 2020, followed by a pre-recorded 
presentation of the results being made available on our website at
