Grant of share options under the 2017 Performance Share Plan
Stadium Group plc (AIM: SDM), a leading supplier of connectivity solutions, power supplies, human machine interface products and electronic assemblies, announces that the Company has granted a total of 840,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company with a nominal value of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") under the 2017 Performance Share Plan. The options are exercisable at a price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share, after a period of 3 years, subject to the achievement of certain performance criteria. The options were granted to the directors listed below and other senior management. No consideration was paid in respect of the grant of awards.
Charlie Peppiatt (Chief Executive Officer)
On 15 May 2017, the Company granted options over 375,000 Ordinary Shares to Mr Peppiatt. Mr Peppiatt now holds 375,000 options under the 2017 Performance Share Plan, and a further 100,000 options under the 2006 Plan. Following this notification, Mr Peppiatt's total beneficial interest in 236,263 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.6% of the issued share capital of the Company, remains unchanged.
Winston North (Group Finance Director)
On 15 May 2017, the Company granted options over 75,000 Ordinary Shares to Mr North. Mr North now holds 75,000 options under the 2017 Performance Share Plan. Following this notification, Mr North currently has no beneficial interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares.
