Transactions in own shares

 

Further to the announcements made on 30 July 2024 and 27 August 2024 St. James's Place plc (the Company) announces that on 12 September 2024 it has purchased, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Company, the following number of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

 

Ordinary Shares:	St. James's Place plc - ordinary shares of 15 pence
Date of purchase:	12 September 2024
Number of ordinary shares purchased:	363,000
Lowest price per share (pence):	709.0000
Highest price per share (pence):	724.0000
Average price paid per share (pence)	716.8321

 

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

Following the cancellation of the repurchased shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 544,348,561.

 

The figure of 544,348,561 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
