24/8/2017 16:48 | If anyone has the time, it would be fascinating to chart the relationship between hjb1's post count per week and SRT's price change per week, to see if he is a leading indicator, a lagging indicator or just random noise. | effortless cool
24/8/2017 14:38 | ha ha! buy if you want, a fool and his money are easily parted hey Eagle? I moan when expectation is missed, so that's 10 years then! | hjb1
24/8/2017 08:53 | hjb1, Actually you are a pretty good barometer as to when to buy and sell SRT shares. When you are here moaning and groaning it's often not a bad time to buy. You disappear completely after the shares have had a good run, which suggests it's not a bad time to sell. | eagle eye
24/8/2017 08:14 | hey yumpy; I bet every time you look at that pot of jam you think of me eh, wishing you had listened to my far superior knowledge, that must hurt eh!?? oh and don't make out I'm filtered cos you know I ain't ..lol. | hjb1
24/8/2017 08:05 | Hopefully these people get rid of their 'problems' online and don't clutter up doctors' surgeries constantly wanting to be referred to clinical psychology. It was kind of entertaining for a while I guess. My prediction: buywell version whatever will also turn up. Got them all on filter now. So they can convince themselves that everyone else has rose-tinted glasses if it massages their defective egos a little. | yump
24/8/2017 07:29 | ha ha ! and some can't face reality either!! | hjb1

23/8/2017 18:43 | What's startling is why someone like you hasn't got anything better to do as you clearly shouldn't be invested, if indeed you are. If you are and have genuinely been negative about SRT, then selling out on a spike would have been sensible and would have given you piles of credibility. Still being here invested and negative means you've blundered big time. Perhaps you've made so much money by making shrewd investments that you've got loads of time to spend giving free advice, so we should all be placing great value on what you post. Or not. At least you're not giving advice to people that really need it, thank goodness. | yump
23/8/2017 16:28 | confidence and credibility ebbing away on a daily basis.Tucker has failed to deliver on expectation for 10 years, so I suppose we should not be a surprised. How on earth he hasn't been sacked is startling! | hjb1
23/8/2017 16:18 | Well its such a tricky one isn't it ? So I'm MD and I discover that a big contract that I got some more people in for, is being delayed at least for a year... what to do... ? I could keep them all on and then explain to shareholders who complain about the pointless cost, that I'm just that sort of a generous guy. Or perhaps its something else. Or not. | yump
23/8/2017 15:36 | I won't be buying in until I see evidence of the big orders. Until that time I expect the share price to drift slowly down below 30p, may be touching 20p if nothing arrives within the next two months. OD | obiterdicta
23/8/2017 15:05 | The problem they have of course is twofold. On patrol and/or operations, the last thing they want is for others to know where they are which is fair enough. I suspect that nowadays there is also the real danger that the sort of madmen that we've seen in Manchester/Paris/Lon | 2vdm
21/8/2017 09:23 | AIS can provide all the information required. It's human beings who take the decisions. Navigation and Charting. Aide Memoir of International Rule of the Road - (50 years ago!) "If on my starboard red appear it is my duty to keep clear" | lazyj
21/8/2017 08:18 | So much for AIS and Singapore | srtshare2
21/8/2017 07:49 | Collision between the USS John S MCain and Alnic MC a Liberian oil tanker off Singapore with at least 5 injured and 10 missing. Once again perhaps this trengthens the argument for AIS, although the military probably wouldn't want it. | 2vdm
20/8/2017 09:04 | No problems Techno20.Yes, it has been a long and frustrating journey to date. There has been tangible progress along the way , but I agree with you, those deals need to be converted. With four 'near term' I hope SRT are able to convert at least two of them in the next few months. No reason why not. | astralvision
19/8/2017 22:00 | AV - Perhaps on reflection my comments were overly harsh. I've been invested (heavily, for me) here for over 5 years and wouldn't have stayed unless I was a believer in SRT and ST, in particular. However, its been a frustrating journey. The buses have not arrived to schedule and the mega bus disappeared over the horizon taking our money with it! Friday's (c.£200k) deal was great to see, but, in reality, given the work clearly involved in winning it, I wonder whether, when full costs are attributed it'll make the business money. Given the prolonged timeframes and work involved on international deals, how much of the VSP is viable?? Think the management changes announced last week were needed and will hopefully provide ST the support & impetus he needs to drive the business forward. I'm here for the long term, but the talk of "£60m of imminent deals" and "managing multiple projects" will wear thin unless ST starts converting. techno | techno20
19/8/2017 18:11 | For many on here SRT don't need to do anything to 'restore credibility'.They have that in spades, of that there is no doubt. | astralvision
19/8/2017 13:28 | Looks like positive coverage in the Mail. Won't harm sentiment, but ST needs to deliver on at least one of the 4 imminent deals to restore some credibility (and soon!). | techno20 |
