On 1 February 2019, the Company announced that, in connection with the purchase of LOT.TO Systems Limited ('LOT.TO') by the Company, Richard McGuire, CEO of Sportech, received 100,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in Sportech ('Ordinary Shares') as consideration for his 5% shareholding in LOT.TO.
