24/3/2011 23:08 | I can't believe that you bought them for 0.806p if you hadn't said i would have sworn that was a sell | risk1
24/3/2011 15:51 | Just topped up for 200K of shares at 0.806, crazy price, but happy to have had opportunity to buy at low price with prelims less than one month away. The size of my SPMG position is now what I want it to be. | pedro57
23/3/2011 08:46 | The way I read this comment is that management is looking at ways to simplify the debt structure within SPMG as currently there are seven different loans with various maturities and interest costs. SPMG is probably targeting a refinancing of these loans at a lower intestest cost to ensure cost savings on the debt costs and a simplification of debt structure. | pedro57
22/3/2011 21:54 | pedro how are they going to reduce their debt to a more manageable level? what could this mean????? As previously announced we have secured our funding through to March 2013 and continue to have constructive discussions with our lenders with regards to reducing the debt burden within the Group. tia | risk1
22/3/2011 18:30 | Most of the recent trades going through have been buys, but volume of buy order generally too low to have a real impact on the share price. | pedro57
21/3/2011 18:03 | pedro few trades today buys or sells?? | risk1
21/3/2011 08:28 | These trades were buys as the ask is currently at 1.01. I am currently saving up for one last top-up ahead of the prelim results, which are now only five weeks away. As stated before I do not think SPMG would have released their pre-close statement if they had not become more positive on their future. | pedro57
20/3/2011 16:03 | Pedro the 2 x 100k trades on Friday had no effect on the share price Were they both sells??? | risk1
14/3/2011 18:00 | was that really a sell at 0.75p???? | risk1
14/3/2011 17:52 | hi pedro still confident then ;-) | risk1
14/3/2011 11:03 | Hi risk, ever since trading update I have been adding to my existing position and making use of the current quiet environment. | pedro57
13/3/2011 23:29 | may add this week | risk1
13/3/2011 23:28 | Expect to see a run up to results day IMO | knowing
13/3/2011 23:25 | very slow atm pedro have you added any more yet? | risk1
13/3/2011 23:23 | I have not sold up just waiting for the prelim results end of April, which will be the next major catalyst for SPMG. I am sitting tight with my shares until a materially higher share price level. | pedro57
13/3/2011 19:34 | very quiet on here atm spread is really tight 1-1.05 has pedro sold up??? | risk1
10/3/2011 12:25 | Can buy for 1.05................ | knowing
08/3/2011 19:51 | time for a little move north soon? | risk1
02/3/2011 13:11 | Couple more of those may get this moving again | knowing
02/3/2011 11:26 | Nice to see a 333K buy today, looking at online prices it is clear that overhang in SPMG has cleared and I do not think it would take a lot of buying for shares to move higher (they are already price one-third higher than a couple of weeks ago). I am however disappointed that we did not get more of a share price reaction to pre-close statement on Friday, which I thought was really good. In my view fact that LSE was offline for half the day took the shine off of this good statement, which is a shame. I will be adding to existing position into FY10 results end of April given my view that worst is over and results should shed positive insights into 2011 performance. | pedro57
27/2/2011 23:46 | i think so too hold tight to your shares | risk1
27/2/2011 23:43 | With supportive banks I think that the model which must have been presented to them must have shown confidence going forward. Good opportunity to get in at this low price. | knowing
27/2/2011 03:36 | The 0.4p EPS was from Daniel Stewart, which is SPMG's house broker, they have however not had the best track record in financial projections for the group having covered them since SPMG listed. | pedro57
26/2/2011 23:20 | thank you is your estimated eps for the year ending 31st Dec 10 still 0.4p and what share price would that give ? | risk1
26/2/2011 16:37 | EBITDA was -£440K over this 17-month period. | pedro57 |
