Palace to finish top 10 Sphere to sell one device.... happy days. Only one of the S.London posse rec'd certs posted 8 days ago...not me.

I remember the £5000 min invstment at 2.82 which I guess W took up or not..but as ever we never get told the full story.
Cash set to run out in next 6-9 months at best so on a knife edge...nothing new there for pis..
a device that's had c.£80m invested worth zilch or...?

Anyone care to speculate the current value of the Co? No mention of the c.180m cps @ 2.82p & warrants of c.290.8m in respect of ordinary shares. Where have these gone?

Surprised they got 75800 to be honest, it was just a PR exercise anyway in case any money is made and people complain about not being given the chance on an equal basis

Not disputing what you say Del...but as a PR I'd have thought they would say they raised the full amount...but I guess noone GAF anyway.

JL....They no longer have to tell you how successful or not any fund raising was or is...
They may at some point say something but it is not a legal requirement, to my mind..

Non committal answer from Sphere re the £4m cps offer...make of that what you will. Certs posted tomorrow....I doubt it.

Also, the employee share options (incentives) only seem to have value if a deal comes in around this level:
Qualifying IPO" means, unless an Investor Majority agrees otherwise, an underwritten IPO with a Pre-Money Valuation of not less than £80 million and in which the gross aggregate subscription amount in respect of new Ordinary Shares issued at the time of the IPO is not less than £20 million;

I'd be surprised if there wasn't a big carrot being used to retain key staff, also I see IPO as Woodfords only real long-term exit strategy, how long-term is the question

I'd hope this latest funding round (and perhaps sweeping up of any unclaimed PS) is the last tick in the box prior to marketing

Why is anyone expecting a return to the public markets?
It has been tried and not successfully so why think it would be repeated? if the technology can be improved it may well be used in something else and sold privately...Would be very surprised if this went public!!!

Wonder what mrkt you think Sphere will aim for? Forget London and Nsdq is out of the question so your left with the OTC / Pink sheet US mrkts, a lot more risky and hardly suitable for UK pis.
Maybe Ger...i dont know but i dont think a refloat is on the cards we have missed that boat.

I think he's a good name, so the idea of pushing forward for a major listing/flotation I think is still on the cards. Just wish they'd get a wiggle on, could do with releasing some fiat to buy cryptos while they are still down.
