There's got to be a good funding up take , Woodford owns a million per cent of the company and if he doesn't take it up it would fold .

Thursday we get the result of acceptances re the 100p cps. Would think W had put feelers out to ensure a fully subscribed result.
However this being Sphere a poor turn out would not surprise me at all particularly from long standing pis.
Not that we matter in the slightest as Sphere if nothing else has always been successful in raising the cash despite Ws oft quoted " there is no appetite"in the credit mrkts.By the end of this and the next raise W will own 90% of Sphere with sales fast approaching 10
installations.

Agreed..dd always a big risk investing in med devices and I sure don't expect to come out anywhere near break even. Next hurdle the acceptance rate for the new cps which might indicate renewed faith in Sphere. Then onwards a toss of the coin.

The thing for Woodford is that apparently the NAV of WPCT is 103.7p against a float value of 100p. The market doesn't believe it though as the shares are trading at 86p and they think lots of the unquoted stuff is worth far less than he does.

For him, it's invest in 100 things, if 1 comes good and it's a 500 bagger the rest can go bust.

I cannot see how Sphere are going to make it big now. It's just taken too long and their patents will start to expire eventually.

Good luck guys. Presumably Woodford knows something you don't. I'm not convinced though.

johnlewis79 - I guess the value of ords is entirely dependent on a sale/float valuation that is a defined amount in excess of the valuation of PS. I believe the staff motivational ords are in the same boat (from what we tried to work out). Either way I'm not throwing more money at these guys, Woodford keeps rolling the dice and coming up short, each subsequent funding effectively wipes out any previous fundings chance of even break even return - I'd love to be a fund manager, where effectively you have a bottomless pit of funding to keep roling the dice until you get a six - "Look guys, I told you I'd get a six?!"

Can't help you DD as I have added a further 1k in the cps. Be interesting to know if you get any takers. I wouldn't value the ords at 0.50 but heh wtf do I know. Good luck.

If anyone wants some ords, I have alot. I'd depart with a couple of chunks of min 500k at 0.5p/share at the moment (organised broker to broker)

The most painful, hospital experience was actual a ultrasound scan on my abdominal main artery, it was to detect any enlargement of the artery a precaution measure for research, this nurse was pressing the scanner so hard it was beep beep painful , she thought I was mardy , I've had plenty of my teeth filled with a needle and my leg reset without any gas , and the spinal tap was no worse than the needles they used back in the 50's

Fair comment Del I had no idea currencies were the bugbear. Might have saved you more risky money. I have taken the min amount at 100 in the hope i get out at a 50% loss as opposed to my current near 90%+ but with so many shares / warrants & classes outstanding it will take a miracle. No idea what price the bod ascribe to the ords but in my book c.1/4 p.

I have been wrong calling this every step of the way down...so I really don't think my gut feeling should say another word....If I was living in sterling land I probably would go for some of the offer shares...but I just don't have the impulse to go through the rig moroll of it to be honest....

Are the 141.757.872 ord that we all bght originally still part of the share structure in SMHL? Have these been diluted? What are the 2.159.485 ords in SML?
I take it the 8.000.000m in SML are 4m for W and 4m offer to holders? With 713.934 A shares owned by staff.
