Anybody's guess but i took 15% of my holding off the table this morning at 58.3p just in case. I've been trading the 53-57p range for a month or so but Friday's rise took me by surprise.
I hope we get a bullish move tomorrow. but it can't be overlooked Speedy's purchase of Geason was a stupid blunder. Considering how they keep banging on about making sound bolt-on acquisitions when it was prudent to do so and then discover a £2.6 millon claim for overpayment is pending! Speedy can take this hit but at the same time as the Covid 19 crisis hitting profits as well?

Speedy do make a habit of shooting themselves in the foot every few years.

That's irrelevant. When a rental company losses 20% or revenue it losses significantly more of its profit. CFO wouldn't have been kicked out if there weren't big issues here

That was unexpected news this morning.Looks like Speedy were sold a pup with Geason not performing to expectations plus there's a separate expensive litigation pending also. The FD as a consequence has been given the boot .

It's utter carnage out there and any tick up in price is being sold into. I thought 44.5p yesterday was the absolute bottom (supported last August) but today was proved wrong.

I have been buying in the early 50's, yesterday at 45p and again this morning at 35-37p. We are expecting a trading update either tomorrow or next Wednesday which should be still positive. It would help if the directors made a confident gesture by buying shares too at these knock-down prices!
