19/2/2021 10:32 | I agree, it's slightly ambiguous. We don'thave the info to be certain. Nevertheless, the overriding point is that SBI are carrying out a substantial amount of testing, which appears to be accelerating and is likely to continue for quite some time. | rivaldo
19/2/2021 10:04 | It was claimed up the thread that there had been 600000 in the last month which i dont think there has. Edit - I m not sure that helped. If on the 18th January they had added the commercial and private to the 400000 what number would that have been 800000? More / less ? That would have meant 200000 in the last month. I only have a few of these... | thedudie
19/2/2021 09:59 | dudie not sure I follow Jan 18th - has processed 400,000 tests Feb 18th - has processed 1m = 600,000 increase Dont claim they were all for NHS | scruff1
19/2/2021 09:49 | Today ... SourceBio has worked closely with the DHSC providing COVID-19 antigen RT-PCR testing services using the Company's laboratory facility. SourceBio has processed approaching 1,000,000 COVID-19 antigen RT-PCR tests for the DHSC and the NHS, Private Hospital Groups and Commercial customers since first offering its service in May 2020. Jan 18th Under the Agreement, SourceBio has been supplying testing services since mid-December, and could potentially process up to a maximum of 4,000 RT-PCR tests for SARS-CoV-2 Virus a day. This surge capacity agreement, which has a maximum value of GBP7.6 million, expires on 13 February 2021 and may be extended for a further three months. SourceBio has already processed over 400,000 COVID-19 antigen RT-PCR tests for the DHSC and the NHS These 2 statements to me don't mean they have processed 600000 tests in the last month. The 1million quoted include lots processed outside of the NHS and DHSC | thedudie
19/2/2021 08:25 | Classic case of bad timing, bad luck. | pngasef
19/2/2021 08:00 | Additional 600000 tests in a month since last RNS, means around 20,000 tests a month in the past month. What a great achievement. | samewe
19/2/2021 07:44 | Outstanding contract news today from SourcebioPlc, who has just signed a landmark covid mobile testing agreement with mitie under a new DHSC initiative. All the commentary here www.linkedin.com/pos | brummy_git
19/2/2021 07:28 | I also note that today's RNS states that "SourceBio has processed approaching 1,000,000 COVID-19 antigen RT-PCR tests for the DHSC and the NHS". The 18th January trading statement noted that SBI had carried out 400,000 such tests. Which implies that in the month since then, SBI have carried out 600,000 new tests.... | rivaldo
19/2/2021 07:08 | Excellent news this morning - the initial pilot for carrying out the Lampore tests is to be rolled out further, heading for a UK-wide programme - with SBI in charge working with the DSHC directly: | rivaldo
18/2/2021 15:32 | I'm out, perhaps a mistake but this has dropped 20% since it's high and prefer to bank profits than watch them disappear.Good luck everyone, may get back in when it's settled. | discodave45
17/2/2021 13:42 | I'm still a big holder with an average price a fair bit lower. A few points on my mind; - The Pharma deal I doubt will yield any revenue of note - The other businesses need to show signs of improvement - I was hoping they were testing more that they are by now - I was expecting more from the results, yes they were fine, as expected, but that's it - Rating of 3 x sales ish (add cash back in and it's probably 2 x sales) is pricey - Testing will go on for a while yet That said, they will have plenty of cash at hand and as long as it's invested wisely and given the low market cap, they could reach the 500m target valuation in 2 years. | mr euro
17/2/2021 09:58 | Cant sell if I wanted to now. Only 1k accepted so its no tree shake. Whether or not thats whilst a bigger player is selling I dont know | scruff1
17/2/2021 08:33 | The issue is imo that its all very well banging on about how much they are making out of covid testing - but come the end of 2022 or even 2021 it may be on the decline. I think the price of SBI needs to be considered with with covid cash stripped out. | scruff1
17/2/2021 08:12 | We need news here!! | pngasef
16/2/2021 11:08 | I'm hoping this shake means mm's short on stock and grabbing what they can before good news about the Cardiff trial hits!. | discodave45
13/2/2021 15:38 | The surge capacity agreement for a maximum of £7.6m noted in the last update expires today - It was mentioned that it could be extended by 3 months.Hopefully a RNS early next week confirming the extension has been activated. | tallprawn
13/2/2021 08:14 | You are right Samewe. Thanks for reminding me | scruff1
12/2/2021 11:08 | You should not sell as they are doing 10000 pcr tests per day, even at the lowest NHS price of £24 each, the revenue on the pcr tests should be at the minimum 24 x 10000 x 25 days a month, £6 million each month. They are selling the pcr test at £99 each. They are refurbishing a new lab for the Oxford Nano Lampore testing. There are other sources of income such as from their other business such as cold storage facilities for the vaccines. These information are available on the Source Bioscience Twitter account. | samewe
12/2/2021 10:39 | Not looking good imo. Im tempted to take the last bit of profit whilst the going is good. | scruff1
10/2/2021 10:00 | SBI are on the list of 67 suppliers issued today under this £10 billion NHS Increasing Capacity Framework through to Feb'25: | rivaldo
08/2/2021 11:17 | Indeed. And the small free float means that with any good news the share price should react extremely well (and the other way with bad news - but I'm expecting news flow to be very encouraging from here). | rivaldo
08/2/2021 10:25 | Nearly 80% of the equity are held by key shareholders and they are unlikely to sell | samewe
08/2/2021 10:04 | Needs a bit more liquidity | scruff1 |
