21/10/2018 22:29 | HeresHopin 3,226 posts RE: Re Paul Scott @paulypilot response That is why most private investors don't beat the market predators I guess - pi's often allow losses to get to massive proportions without taking action, or even amplifying losses significantly by adding more and more. Sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn't and can't really be recovered. In contrast, when in a bit of profit they often take the profit and in so doing let the losers run and cut the winners rather than the ideal scenario of the other way around. Easy for us to do but not really a great option for those looking for good long term returns. | hotaimstocks

21/10/2018 22:27 | Today 16:31 Price: 10.80 Predators 2,992 posts Re Paul Scott @paulypilot response The theory is he lost 35 million but it is potentially. ...we all know ASOS went from 4p to £70 but it took 10 years for that to happen. ..also ASOS had 50%+ drops over that time period when it reached new highs. ..90% of so called long term investers on here if koovs goes to 20p , they will be panic selling due to the volatility and being one profit. Make no mistake it takes an incredible person to hold for up to 10 years when on a good profit. .. Scotty would not have got there. However there is no doubt he lost life changing money. ... I owned 500,000 Asos shares early on, but sold them for an 80% profit....at 9p LOL!!!! Oh well, win some, lose some! He lost out on £35 million!!!! Maybe it's this that drove him to the drink!!!!!! A very bitter & twisted guy who got it badly wrong with ASOS & has now got in too deep with a proper dog of a share, pumping it right up with his lemming followers. It's going to end very badly over there.... No Opinion Reply to postReport post | hotaimstocks

'Good idea to open some shops as Koovs is selling f*£k- all online! This from a guy with 2.2 million shares in Sosander SOS with paltry revenues & minimal social media exposure with a limited audience of middle aged housewives. Needs to lay off the booze me thinks No Opinion Reply to postReport post | jackson83

19/10/2018 15:30 | Any reason for the rise today ??? Someone told me paulypilot award winning blogging investor had 2.5 million quid in SOSANDAR??? Sounds like a win win & I bought in today 20k ... Maybe the next ASOS ( 3 years plan ) for me | hotaimstocks
19/10/2018 08:59 | It looks like a head and shoulders to me. Not that I really set much store by chart patterns. | daijavu
16/10/2018 10:56 | Maurice, revenues are still paltry, bordering on pathetic, social media presence is negligible in a world that is dominated by social media.Anyway, Amazon looks to be taking a chunk of Koovs parent company in the fastest growing major economy on Earth : ) | harebridge
14/10/2018 16:20 | Can anyone spot the potential problem here ? Comparisons are always made with ASOS, because it was very successful. So, ASOS spotted celebrities wearing clothes, then copied them cheaply, so that people could buy what they were wearing. SOS are using celebrities to showcase their clothes. Now what would I be thinking if I were running ASOS and SOS looked like a threat ...? | yump
14/10/2018 06:47 | Totally agree, he has been pumping koov as an investment. I only see it as a short term swing trading oppo. Sos I doubt will be another ASOS but certainly one for the future, bought some on the recent dip, might add if it dips agin as funds allow. Like the company, like the product and approach to market, add to that the recent raise, just keep adding more reasons to stay INVESTED in this company, unlike koov, where you trade in and out on the roller coaster it has become. | telbap
13/10/2018 09:18 | Hey WWEPE, that’s my point - people are speculating that SOS will have difficulty sorting out their returns and saying how wonderful ASOS are at doing this, but they both use the same specialist logistics firm... | mauricemonkey
12/10/2018 22:27 | Here is a wise posting: "I sincerely hope that the CAKE scandal will be a turning point in UK corporate governance and regulation, but I'm not holding my breath. What has happened here hasn't just undermined confidence in the CAKE directors, but in the whole stock market and concept of investing in shares. There was no warning here. Those directors who weren't directly involved in the actual fraud, along with the auditors, have been negligent in their oversight of the company. How many other companies out there have similar skeletons in their cupboards? The answer is that nobody knows and that all we can do is hope that it isn't many of them. It could be all of them for all we know. Investors make their decisions based on the company accounts. How can anyone make any sensible investment choices if the accounts are works of fiction? You may as well pick company names to invest in out of a hat, bet on the horses or take a trip to Las Vegas. All listed companies and consequently the whole economy of the country suffers from the fear, uncertainty and doubt resulting from the CAKE fraud contagion. Things need to change." | pillow
12/10/2018 10:18 | MAURICEMONKEY - On Sosandars website, the returns address is listed as Clipper, so I can safely assume this is who their logistics is outsourced to. For me the logistics partner is far less of an issue than why returns have increased and why customers are making returns. | wwepe
12/10/2018 00:44 | So does SOS use boomerang? I don’t know Clipper are specialists at handling stock returns. Suggesting that SOS can’t handle the logistics when the logistics are outsourced to a specialist is a glib comment. | mauricemonkey
11/10/2018 21:02 | Sold these when it strangely went up after the placing to 40p on the excellent update. Looking to buy back at 25p. Feel the fizz has gone and mkts are looking dire. | barnetpeter

11/10/2018 16:46 | It is always a risk, especially with AIM but I am happy to take the risk with SOS. Others might disagree. As for IQE, it was ramped up a lot by a small group led by one particular person. | daijavu |
