22/1/2020 20:28 | why does paul pilot Scott no longer post????? hmmm | jamesto2
22/1/2020 20:06 | What I do find amusing is not a single one of these derampers actually knows sosandars Achilles heel and why they might fail, | ideaidea
22/1/2020 19:57 | the last time we had funding the share price crashed to 12p. | jamesto2
22/1/2020 19:41 | Firstly the placing is not guaranteed, but if it does happening, it's very unlikely to be less than 15p. That was the price last time out and it was considerably over subscribed. In their mind the business has grown (not my opinion) and worth more, so I would say logically the placing comes between 15p - 20p, again if it does happen. | ideaidea
22/1/2020 19:41 | Hey forethought, my back of envelope calculations: Revenue in Oct/Nov/Dec 2018 was £1.6m (reported on 9 Jan 2019) Revenue in Oct/Nov/Dec 2018 was £3.8m (reported Monday) representing the reported 136% increase on autumn 2018 revenue. Crudely, the Oct/Nov/Dec revenue of 2018 represents ~£533k per month. If you take the reported 160% increase of Jan 2020 and apply it to £533k (an assumed Jan 2019 figure) then you get £1.38m. But January 2019 would have been less than any of the preceding three months running up to Xmas 2018 so I would doubt that figure of £1.38m which is also less than your estimate of £1.6m. | jonbirdy
22/1/2020 19:34 | Classic jam tomorrow stuff. I sold bids.....different mkt of course....at treble todays price. PI's fall for it time after time. Show us the profits.....they rarely do the Company expects this investment to result in the net loss for the full year being higher than previously anticipated with the increased benefit to be experienced in future years. | barnetpeter
22/1/2020 19:30 | This did well rising from around 10p to 30p. I hope most on here sold as the price has fallen 30 per cent in a few days. | barnetpeter
22/1/2020 19:24 | Submit jamesto222 Jan '20 - 17:33 - 257 of 260 0 1 0 if funding is at 12p expect a mass selloff then under way | middlesboroughfc
22/1/2020 19:23 | 50pc of their rubbish being returned lol couldnt malke it up | middlesboroughfc
22/1/2020 19:04 | 50% returns as Sosandar would not mention profits as huge cash burn expected this year ?????? so funding and dilution soon | hotaimstocks
22/1/2020 18:38 | OK forethought, understood. Seems reasonable, but I guess there is a lull between now and Spring that depends on the stickiness of the new customers. I think there has been no TV publicity since November. Cash at the end of the year about £4million - the ex-inventory cash burn was about £1.1 million. Maybe, if they are throttling back on promotional spend the need for extra cash might be pushed back or occur at a higher valuation. FWIW apad | apad
22/1/2020 18:36 | Or does the year-on-year relate to lfl monthly sales? E.g. November 2019 was up 138% on November 2018. | jonbirdy
22/1/2020 18:13 | Yes Apad. Using those %ages I've tried to apply them using the October '19 figure of £1.2m revenue. Not the limit of my calculations and not as simplistic but that was my starting point. | forethought
22/1/2020 17:57 | "Sosandar saw steady progress in performance month-on-month, with October revenues up 108%, November up 138% and December up 153% year on year. This momentum has continued post-period, with January tracking up over 160%, and pleasingly repeat order performance is exceeding that in the highly successful Autumn/Winter period." apad | apad
22/1/2020 17:51 | Could be that good forethought. I have not estimated it myself. But like you (I assume) I see profitability in the near term but a small placing first, hence closing my long position. | jonbirdy
22/1/2020 17:48 | this was a hype job by Paul Scott enough said. | hotaimstocks
22/1/2020 17:36 | With some quick mental arithemtic and finger in the air assumptions... I've got them down for a conservative ball park figure of +£1.6m monthly (Jan) revenue currently. Anyone else got any thoughts regarding revenue? | forethought
22/1/2020 17:33 | if funding is at 12p expect a mass selloff then | jamesto2
22/1/2020 17:31 | poor results as the dump starts to kick in 15p or Lower next week | jamesto2
22/1/2020 17:22 | 10p within a month as the cash runs low | jackson83
22/1/2020 16:44 | Going bust without a rescue placing imho | middlesboroughfc |
