Rollthedice, yes that is indeed the gap. It's very small, but I think it's a good buying area if this atrocious share price action decides to get more atrocious. For what it's worth I think SDX is an excellent company with even more excellent future prospects. The share price is frustrating but I suppose you've just got to look at it as an accumulation opportunity.

Are we talking the miniscule one on 6th September? If so we're looking at 44-45p levels to fill?

This is in a right sorry state imho the seller is liquidating so PW can do another
placing at mates rates to extend his land grab, cop on PW you are starting to look like Kevin Heart.
every stock in my portfolio is flying except this,even UEN has put in an appearance.

Soulsauce, this pattern has been going on now for months. It's almost as though SDX is on a City pariahs' list. I believe it goes further than simply being a seller selling, that to me quite simply doesn't cut any more. IMHO.

Should be news on Rabul-2 soon, it's been nearly a couple of months since the discovery. Assume all is well there as the Q3 figures mentioned dev wells at Rabul.

Not much else to look forward to, just the flow test from KSR-15, result from KSR-16, then it's the turn of the year before South Disouq drilling kicks off. Along the way we also need news of the SD production concession terms

an ii is clearly liquidating their holding. why? can be y/e targets - 14% is a great return if you invested on placing price couple of month ago and sold out now, would definitely help with an end of year bonus for some fat cat

PJ771, I guess the point you're trying to put across is that SDX are providing bullish updates to the market on a regular basis but shortly thereafter, after a slight rise, we are back down again. I find this to be equally as frustrating, as do several chums who also hold reasonably sized positions. No rhyme or reason.

the lack of a clear reason why this is tanking is what worries me.. the oil price is flying, equity markets are rallying and this thing drops 10% in a week.. worrying

Shakey, that is my interpretation also, however I'm going to try and clarify with the analyst later when I'm between meetings.
