Lefrene,

Given Solg resources, they can probably compress three years exploration work into one.Hit big drill results in an epithermal gold deposit and this by itself could be worth several hundred million $. That's where the funding could come from.

ODR, it could be that Solg could go both ways.

Becoming bankable demonstrates that they are capable of going it alone, this has to be seen as not being a bluff but perfectly viable. Thus if a buyer is interested then they have to pay a fair price, and not try the tactic of forcing Solg into a cul de sac of having assets but no means to exploit them. Proving up Aguinaga as a comparatively low cost viable initial production site, enables the borrowing of funds. Hence presumably the cosying up to Canadian Banks via the TSX.

Once having established that you really are serious and capable of going to production alone, then the big predators have to take you seriously. NM is demonstrating his worth, it's rather like a war where advance planning and logistics turn out to be more influential to the outcome than just the amount of weaponry at your disposal.

trev ... it's all a game of corporate bluff mate

If they make it clear they just want to sell it becomes a buyers market and attracts low bid efforts.. if they carry on giving positive noises about taking this to production it strengthens our hand and would likely force an inevitable bid war as the big boys scramble to grab before everybody else.

Not sure how this is still in the 20s. Surly the absolute base has to be at least 30p now?

Have a feeling the dollar will roll over soon (the way trump is going I think it’s nailed on) and gold is about to turn aggressively. Might turn out to be great timing for the share price here?

It might be currently unloved mam fach, but the sheer size of the resources that Solg controls will not be unnoticed. Those 12 miners said to be interested in Cascabel, might as well pay a little bit more and grab the whole thing! The longer they wait the more resource will be proved up, the greater the value.

Aguinaga could well be the asset that a Bank would be willing to lend against, knowing that once it is producing then the cash generated would fund the rest of Cascabel. Solg looks like it is bankable, which makes it even more tasty to a predator.

SOLG is unloved by the market.
At least there has been more buying today.

Fantastic RNS but I was interested in the statement "SolGold's strategy to become a tier 1 copper and gold producing company through aggressive exploration is continuing to yield exciting results". Maybe they are not looking for a big miner to make a bid.

RPT (Regal Petroleum) - Very much undervalued.

40 million USD cash in the bank
3100 boepd production
VAS 10 flow testing underway - could be another gusher
Just worked over another well and added around 1200 boepd
2 Great drilling updates last 2 weeks
84% of shares in institutional hands. Free float under significant pressure.
Significantly improving outlook in Ukraine for politics and gas and oil prices following new legislation.
40p short term price target based on fundamentals
Share prohets strong buy

Company is very much on the turnaround, get in before the herd.

Quite incredible, I doubt there has ever been a company sat on so much resource ever, and that's just ten sites out of 72!

I doubt the market has yet realised that a big exploratory drill hit on one of the regional epithermal gold targets could provide the banker to finance the initial development of Cascabel - near surface copper mineralisation.

I suspect you are correct ODR, a near surface easy extraction will seed the rest of the exploitation.

Perhaps the recent near surface message was the catalyst.

In any case bring on the corporate action

Cascabel alone is so big that it will transcend several commodity price cycles, so fairly short term price movements are not a significant factor in ascertaining value. But seeing prices going up would have a bit of a 'feel good' factor to them. share price heading for a giddy 25p is there no stopping it! :¬)

A good sign when gold and copper are dropping and our share price is steadily rising. If Metals turn this could get rather interesting indeed. Something going on behind the scenes?

No words can explain the joy a 24p bid brings ... I'm here for when its £1.24p but of course we need to learn how to walk again first.

ODR another nosebleed day? :¬)

Price going up doesn't feel right at all! But I think I could get used to it.
