Francois I think it's a very interesting market.
This thread shows how they raise the margin requirements in both COMEX London and in
China with the Shanghai futures market and the Shanghai Gold Market.
An interesting read.
I note that JPM visited there on 16th April where they had in depth discussions.
I believe they have their representatives on bbs at times, just my own personal view.

Talking heads on Utube say a couple of large banks have shorted gold to the tune of $2 billion. That would be enough to pull the price down, it'll be interesting to see if the buyers of the shorts hold for delivery. In the meantime a lower price makes it more attractive for long term holders to buy more while it's on special offer.

The dollar s being trashed by the current USA administration, and the BRICS keep moving towards their own currency. Interesting times feel close.

3m shares traded daily ( not all sells) takes the share price down 5% on two consecutive days.

We have 3 billion shares in issue.
