Just back home. All very good at LCCC tonight. Here's a few points that I remember. I've recorded the event and will go through that 2mrw. But here's a few prudent points I remember.

1. They could take 15m for Ruvuma 'next week'. Some confusion over a 50m figure, which he confirmed afterwards during a chat with myself and a few investors as a figure he would take, but that might take 3 months or so

2. No further investment will be made in the Helium side for 6 months, or more if needed. It has the ability to be huge though. Crude Helium is worth 30 times more than crude methane for the same volume... it's nuts. But they will bow to investor demands and hold back from investing in Helium atm until after monetisation of Ruvuma. Personally I believe SOLO have done the right thing to take a stake now. The Rukwa Helium side will be massive. The discovery there is equivalent to 15 yrs of world demand!! That's huge by anyone's book..... think of that as a gas equivalent, then think of it being currently valued 30+ times higher for an equivalent volume.

3. No debt and cash generative today with revenue from Tanzania that covers all over-heads and more. A claim from another investor who has been here for 7 years claimed its 170k a month. Ritson clearly knew this investor.

4. Interest is definately there with our 25% with AEX. Companies are in the data room as we speak.

5. If they went down dip they would expect 100Tcf. But that would take 5 to 20 Years to commercialise and they want to monetise that now.

6.Solo's portion at Ruvuma independently valued by ShoreCap at 100m. Current MCAP just over 20m!!!

7. Ritson considers a very fair valuation today at 1p.

Personally I'm very confident of the near term share price value and genuinely believe this is on a low. Clearly Solo is not immune to silly commentary and downright lies from folk who don't seek out the correct information.

There you have it from NR no more Helium purchase. Funds raised will be for Nytora 3, HH and IOWFrom lse board from someone at the meetingNR has categorically stated he will not secure a second tranche. Any decision to do so would be put to shareholders as individual issue and seek their permission. The shareholders have been clear they do not wish for this. So he will not put it to them. There will be no funding requirements for a Heilum purchase! NR was adamant about this!
