For what it's worth I will vote no, it depends really on what the bigger holders do and it they have run out of patience with Ritson and can see through this..... this will need a shareholder revolt on the scale of the last re helium

Ritson strikes again. This time rubbing salt in by taking your shares by a factor of 20. We all know after consolidation he will dilute shareholders even more. None of the investments, thus far, have matured despite what Ritson says.
So, 20 for 1 and then erode the share price back down while delivering nothing. Vote no at the AGM. And vote no to Ritson.

Doesn't seem to bad an rns. But why do a 20 for 1 if it makes no difference to the sp? All those new certs won't come cheap, so that's a difference in share price for a start!

Glad I sold out last week. But hey ho, they should get it together soon?

share consolidation and more rights for the useless ritson to dilute us to his hearts content... perhaps a new resolution should be added - a vote of no confidence in the CEO and BoD given their appalling track record and destruction of shareholder value....
