NR knows share holders are unhappy not getting a chance of the placings so watch this space as we are offered the chance, he has to get us on board if he wants to get were he wants to be in this game ignoring us will only get him off the board. He has done poorly at LGO and now that he has gone its looking up. He has to regain peoples confidence again.

The update by Solo talks a lot but says nothing to reassure me as an investor. Ritson is only interested in more shareholder dilution so the bod can line their own pockets. Why did he cancel the General Meeting without a detailed explanation. He talks eloquently about increasing shareholder value and at the same time destroys it through dilution. If he is convinced of the substantial value of Solo's portfolio he can sell a small percentage of it and recover the value of our initial investment and If the investments are so fantastic, why is he not offering the current shareholders a rights issue.

Reading the rns , it clearly implies that the bod WILL invest/dilute whenever THEY want, the option on the helium one runs out 31st July, so expect a cash call.

I don't predict where the share price will go, but imho the likes of solo will not be able to raise cash at a higher value than the sp, so expect a discount (possibly big), however they also state that offers will be made to existing shareholders.

right, things are looking fantastic here aren't they... the share price is looking great, NR is doing an amazing job, the shareholders are 'galvanised' (wtf does that even mean?).

this is a complete dog of a company, run by incompetent morons. good luck getting that return on your 'investment'.

Decent report. Nothing shareholders didn't already know but good to see public confirmation of Solo being debt-free.

So much bull in that report I don't even know where to start......... oh wait lets start here:

"Solo is developing a track record for generating value from its investments overall, with Kiliwani North and Ruvuma both representing successful case studies."

Solo has generated NO value thus far from these investments as far as I can see (or at least nothing material given that the share price is lower than when we started)
